Saturday:
Jelked w/o warm up jut to see if it would make a difference. Even though the routine of jelqing went ok there was not that great expansion that I normally would get if I did bed fowfers as a warm up.

250 various jelqs: (5 second jelqs)
Lamda jelqs 100.
"V" jelqs 100.
OK grip 50.

Edging:
200 erect kegel jelqs. ("V" jelqs")

4 and 8 fingerd squeeses, simply wrap 4 fingers arounf your flaccid penis and squeeze softly in a pumping action, Your flaccid will get bigger! Some guys are large enough to wrap 8 fingers around thier 50% erection. If so give it some soft squeezes say about 50 to start. i would say they are a advanced exercise.

You need a couple of weeks off, to grow a big dick you need to be consistant and lazy at the same time. Hard work don't pay in this game. Hard work equals injuries. Appy warm compresses to the injured area every day for 30 inutes. A rice sock is consistant heat.

100 fowfees.

Did the yoga version of jelqing, took along time about 45 minutes of just jelqing.

The first 10 minutes i used a pincher grip jelqing from comepletely flaccid to abpout 50% erect. I switched to an OK grip from 50% to 70%. When around 80% i used the "V" grip. hold my nutts doen away from the shaft and managed to get in several minutes of great "V" jelqs. At 100% erect i swithced to waht i call OK "V" grip jjelq. Next 20 minutes or so i jelqed fully erect this way until i got the urge to cum. so i did the 81 testicle rotation gently. did this in both directions taht got me realy erect like 110%. Ten minutes later i let go.
