I started PE last May 2016. I was either 5.8" or 6" BPEL then. It's now August 13 and I'm now 6.5" BPEL. As for girth... I don't have a measuring tape, but I can feel that I am definitely thicker.
At first I was just doing jelqs. Then I did some research and started JP90's routine. My recent gains were quite fast I gained .3" in the past two weeks. I started drinking lime juice, eating raw ginger, and drinking a few spoon fulls of virgin coconut oil. I am also stretching with my penis down between my legs while I read TIME magazine.
I am happy with my gains and I'm aiming for 7", but I'm also worried that I might grow too big for whoever my future wife will be. I'm 26 years old, and I'm a little embarrassed to say that I'm still a virgin, but who cares! I'm happy anyway. I'm asian and maybe she will be too so most likely my future wife will have a tight one.
As for the positive effects, I feel the benefits of PE in my confidence and and endurance. Thanks PEgym!
