How long did it take you to gain your first 1/2-inch in length?

Took me around 2 months for the first half inch which includes EQ gains. Since then needed a little over one year to get another inch. I'm praying to get to 7 inches by the end of the year :D

I started PE last May 2016. I was either 5.8" or 6" BPEL then. It's now August 13 and I'm now 6.5" BPEL. As for girth... I don't have a measuring tape, but I can feel that I am definitely thicker.

At first I was just doing jelqs. Then I did some research and started JP90's routine. My recent gains were quite fast I gained .3" in the past two weeks. I started drinking lime juice, eating raw ginger, and drinking a few spoon fulls of virgin coconut oil. I am also stretching with my penis down between my legs while I read TIME magazine.

I am happy with my gains and I'm aiming for 7", but I'm also worried that I might grow too big for whoever my future wife will be. I'm 26 years old, and I'm a little embarrassed to say that I'm still a virgin, but who cares! I'm happy anyway. I'm asian and maybe she will be too so most likely my future wife will have a tight one.

As for the positive effects, I feel the benefits of PE in my confidence and and endurance. Thanks PEgym! ;)

For me it's been about 3.5 weeks to gain .7" so far - I'm guessing mostly EQ quality which comes from strict no porn and consistent high quality PE. Here's my journal (this is also my exercise journal - w13 e.t.c. - but I've taken out my exercise info since it doesn't apply). I only measure MWBPEL when I remember - since it's easy to forget when u've just woken up. Haven't measured girth yet - since my tape is never near me when I wake up!
I'm pretty stunned and ecstatic that it's working really - since I've almost hit my short term length goal MWBPEL 7"!!


My PE routine has now settled into something consistent that I'm happy with (and really enjoy) and it's simply Jelqing for 40-60 strokes then edging for 5 mins and repeat (for about 30mins). I do this 3 to 4 times a day - Three days in a row then 1 day rest.

FHOOS = Flaccid Hang Out of Shower (the only consistent metric worth measuring FL)
EJK = [Jelqing 40-60 strokes then Edging for 5 mins or so until PONR] - repeat again for 30 mins or until bored - this usually means 6 repeats
ECMP = Edge Clamping, edging while clamped ( I don't do this anymore just EJK)
NOPE = No PE


Current 6.9"x??
Short Term Goal 7"x5.3"
Long Term Goal 8"x6"

I gained an inch from doing the JP90 program, so not exactly sure how long it took to get a half inch, but likely about half that time, so say 6-7 weeks.

I did gain 1/2 an inch in around 25 days, with a stretching and jelqing routine. But I do believe that this also has to do a lot with my improved EQ.

I gained 7 inches after my ex wife filed for divorce and I moved out! :becky:

Seriously about 3 months of mostly Stretching and Light Jelging, but my Girth went from 5.75 to 6.0 during that time.

In total took just under a year to gain an inch. Initially gained just under 1/2 inch in 4 months which was combo of EQ/Gains. Consistent moderate 3 day/week stretching routine for next 7 months got me to a full inch gain.

2 months for .5, finally hit 6.5 last night! Started at 5.4. Never been very consistent, a month or two at longest, see gains then lose focus on it. Ready to buckle down and go for 7'!
Basically no girth gains, maybe .1 but pass the tp test so never stressed girth.

It took me 6 months to gain 1/2 inch. That was with about 20 minutes of jelqing and stretching, 5 days on, 2 days off.

It took me 3 months and 2 weeks to gain my first half inch in length. I also gained a .25" in girth, and a little more than .25" gain BEG. I strictly followed JP90 and added more jelqs, and girth and stretching exercises over the three months. I just got my extender, and looking to gain my next half inch...hopefully more!

Mine was a combination of weight loss & getting back my original bpel of 7 . I was bpel 7 at late teens early 20's. So I started PE at 6.75bpel and started loosing weight. Dropped 80lbs since 2014 , 300lbs now 218lbs. Started out JP90 08/15 & haven't stopped PE exercises. I would guesstimate my first 1/2 inch had to be 6-7 months because my wife was what I always went off with my gain's and her vaginally talking back to me. I decided to measure at my 15 month mark & happily discovered a current Bpel 7.75 & EG 5.75 . My Goal is a bpel 8 & Eg 6. The only reason I set my goal there is because my wife is loving it & you must consider this woman has pushed out 5 babies so I know that my goal is High but my partner can vaginally handle it , but I know going past a 8bpel & Eg ,6 is freaking big but my partner can handle it so I'm Jelqing on. I'll measure again at my 20 Months mark & as long as PI's stay positive keep on same track & stay in my lane

It take almost 2 years for me to gain 0.5" ... now im 5.6 NBPL . BPL 6.2"
i wish another 0.5 inch in this next 1 year .is it possible ?

Wow lots of great gains there.


It was long ago for me so I can not remember . However I did gain 1 inch in the first years and half an inch girth . None of which was eq gain by the way .

January 2016: 17.3 cm bpel
November 2016: 18.6 cm bpel *** 14 cm nbpel :( ***
Measurement method: standing, body straight. Top of the pennis.
I took 2 breaks 30 days each.

Routine: Mostly wet jelqing 15-30 min. 3-4 days a week on average.

My EQ is still far from 100%. Maybe I gained more.

Goal: 21cm bpel (>18 cm nbpel).

Started around the end of August(most likely the 27th) at somewhere between 6.75-7" BPEL

Measured today and was 7.5" BPEL, so about 14.5 weeks with EQ not really at max.
