Hey fellas,
If all other PIs are neutral or positive, is it normal to have a bit of soreness the next day after a good stretching routine?

Thanks,
Sledge

Reunited with his dear wife Holly.
Yes, anytime you stretch anything beyond it's primary length, it's going to be sore. Up your warm up and warm down time.

If you don't experience soreness, does that mean you aren't stretching hard enough?

Yep absolutely. I always feel a bit sore after a good stretching session, normally at the base of my penis. Also my penis will feel a little tight the day after and that's when I know I need a rest. Once I've had a days rest (or two, depending on how I feel), then my penis feels really stretchy and elastic :D

I've always expected it and had it early on but since adding Heat in midworkout it seems I've eliminated it altogether.

I keep the flax seed sock applied during the entire stretching process; maybe that's why I don't experience soreness. What I do experience is a gradual releasing of the ligs and other tissues during the stretch. Thirty seconds into the stretch I can feel the tissues giving way and I can stretch farther and farther. FYI, I use flax seed instead of rice because somewhere on a Gym thread someone pointed out that flax seed retains heat longer than rice does; it's great as a long-term warmer.
