Sounds great. I often cook eggs with cayenne pepper (and oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, mozzerella cheese, and a little olive oil) for a post-workout meal. Slap that bitch between a few slices of whole wheat bread and I'm recovered faster than Wolverine.
Also i would try garlic, ginkgo, ly lysine combo..this 3x package has been working great for me guys. No joke just after two days i have a red wood in the morning...just another avenue to think about!

Just took my first cayanne pill...bahhh, felt fine going down, but now my throat is burning (I took it with milk).
i eat a lot of spicy foods and peppers including cayanne, but man that combination i mentioned above really helps guys.
this is interesting...I am not HUGE into spicy food, but I do like mexican from time to time...but I am a taco bell mild sauce packet kind of guy.

Just take one with a tall glass of cold milk see what it does. I like the wal-mart brand because it does not burn. i was able to take up to 3 per day. Now that im using the puritan pride brand im lucky to get one cap down. So im getting mine at Wal-Mart for now on.
I bought some today at whole foods...doesn't burn at all going down...it's a gelcap. If I burp or something, I kind of feel some heat in my throat, but it isn't too bad.
I bought ones that are 40,000 H.U. and to be honest, since 1pm today I have had a total of the recommended 3 pills. I have not had any big desire or anything to get an erection. I even stroked myself earlier tonight before pill #3, and still had trouble getting hard.
Granted, with my skin stretching (per my other thread), I was more or less doing horse squeezes while bending my shaft to help stretch the underside skin...so my dick is pretty wore out after 2 days of that...so that is probably part of why I am not getting very hard.
What heat units are the ones you have. I could have gotten the 100,000, but this was my first time taking cayenne pepper pills, so went with the lower dose.
40.000 seems to work for me. Give it about 5 days to take effect. You may be over working your wieny to.
