Basically started again, yesterday the 8th of may with a new routine to achieve my goal. Now i`m not a hundread percent sure if it is advisable, as i am fostering a slight injury of ,a strained ligament, but was getting impatient after weeks off and the injury is about 85% healed.

During this time i have gathered so much information reading, almost all the threads on this site and all the threads on the beginner pages. As well as becoming a member of MOS and Thundersplace only adding to my knowledge.

A while ago i decided to soley dedicate myself to a routine consisting soley of wet jelqing and finding out the power of the jelq. After much research i reconsidered this and thought to exercise the tunica and smooth muscle more equally,
after reading the TGC theory. I believe the jelq targets mainly the smooth muscle within the penis and i think this is the area i mostly need to improve on as my EQ is about 7.

To cut a long story short i came across a member called DLD on MOS website and have decided to uptake his newbie routine although i wont be doing the routine seven days in a row like he did. It is a pretty intense routine and i have just completed it, I`ll post stats ever two weeks. I havent got any negative PI`s from doing it. I did this routine on a friday and plan to do M,W,F routine so i`ve given myself two days rest to monitor my PI`s and to also monitor my past injury if i feel any pain i`ll stop for a month and rest.

A big tip for pe`ers that that use the warm towel method for warming up. Which i use to use. It only stays hot for a limited amount of time, try the rice sock method which i did. Put rice in a sock tie the end and heat for between 30 seconds to a minute it stays unbelieavable hot for a minimum of six minutes, you`ll have to find the right amount of time to warm it in the microwave so you find your optimum temperature , but this i believe is possible a better method of warming up imo. As you spend less time ringing the towel and reheating.
Routine:

DLD's NEWBIE ROUTINE Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing
For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs
after 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs
After Jelq: Warm Down
[]Starting Stats NBEL; 6`8 BPEL: 7`2 EG:6` Flaccid length 4`
Target is NBEL: 8` BPEL: 8`5

Decided to split this routine in two and have an am and pm routine: AM streches and PM Jelqing and kegels i believe increase the quality of the workout and added bonus of more warming up and warming down which can only benefit healing.
Lowered the jelq volume down to 200, i think i want more quality and three second jelqs 300 is too much for me.

Dizzler good to see a log so that you can keep track of your gains.

I like what you're doing with the stretches, I'm not a fan of doing jelqs for 2 seconds, unless you're talking about one stroke being 2 seconds, which isn't bad. With what you have to start with I'd go for 3-4 seconds a stroke. I feel it's not the quantity of a jelq but the quality of it.

Also added warming up on rest days once in the morning and once at night to aid recovery and promote good blow flow. Really motivated

Dizzler, you might want to try flax seed instead of rice in your sock. It stays warm even longer.

Thanks i`ll try the flax seed. Got even more better positive p.i from this routine, my flaccid hang is considerablely longer and thicker.

So will do this routine monday, wednesday and friday and report with the p.i`s again

Hey Dizzler, do you recommend your routine their, for beginners? Does this stuff really work, i really want it to, but i'm skeptical. Do you know anything about devices like the fast size?

Well i did some p.e for about a week and a half before i got injured, so i might of had some conditioning.

I would advise a similar routine maybe just a 100 jelqs though, i dont know much about devices because i believe that you can gain with them, but why spend money for something you can get for free(with your hands) and the process may take the same duration of time.

Though my routine i got from MOS is a newbie routine but from doing it i would say 100-200 jelqs maximum i was already doing 200 jelqs from my old routine before starting again with this one

Monday 12th of may did routine again, i would say i managed to do the three hundread jelqs better than my first time doing it. I might of pulled a bit to hard doing the jelqs so going to lessen the intensity as my ligaments ache slightly.

Going to measure at this end of this week on the sunday, i did have a great hang last sunday but this may have been from the Bio oil that i`ve started applying on my rest days as this is a vasodilator.

Have to say during the workout my unit seemed more pliable and willing to stretch.

Unfortunatley i`m going to have to quit my journey short, after much contemplation i feel that i`m still injured my ligament on my right side from about month and a half ago of over stretching and inadequate warm up.

So from 14th may to 14th of June i`m going to use ice heating pad rest to resolve this problem, before it becomes an issue that meens no p.e just kegelling.

I decided this even though again i have increased EQ and larger flaccid hang showing positive p.i`s.
