Hi everyone

I've been reading around the forum for a few months, and applying some of the things I learned.
So far so good, great gains in girth (at 14cm, good enough for me), still lacking a bit in length (now at 14cm, want 15-16cm).

I've been doing mostly kegels and ballooning with some stretching and towel raises here and there. I would say ballooning was the most efficient for my girth gains. Now planning to spend more time stretching to get the length I want.

jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.


Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

try using an ads for sure.it should help you cement gains allot faster.if there was one thing i wish i would have done different in my pe career it would have been to heal in the expanded or extended state,it took me a long time to get my gains i have made.
