Just curious because this is a very affective pumping device, arguably the best (IMO, THE best). It seems to me that many have not tried it due to price.

seen this old post. I was wondering if there were any recent customers, though. Its interesting that this pump isn't as mainstream as the bathmate.
I would love to have one. However, I pump fairly descretly. My wife knows I have a pump for ED, but has no clue I pump for PE. Accordingly, the 4000 does not lend itself to clandestine pumping. With a Bathmate, you can at least pump discretely in the shower.
Its not as loud as your traditional electric pump. I sandwich my DP between two pillows and minimize the sound to about 25%.
Bathmate and Sizegenetics are multi-million dollar companies. These companies are investing a lot of money in marketing campaign. CTC Company (DP-4000) and LG Hanger are own by small business owner.
I also own a DP-4000 pump. I used to have a Penomet water pump which is similar to Bathmate. There is NO comparison... DP-4000 is like a Ferrari and Penomet water pump is like a Junk Car. LOL

For the ULI effect, can't you wear a cock ring while pumping? This would make sense to keep your dick rock hard.
I went at it for 2 1/2 months straight. I took a month break from the dp4000 and focused more on hanging (since I read a post about working on length before girth) i might start back up though. When I was using it I noticed my there was more bloodflow during the day. Nothing permenant.
Yes ... you can wear a cock ring or girth band. The CTC cock rings are a bit too hard for my likes. They tend to be too restrictive, and after about 10 minutes of pumping my dick starts to turn blue, so I stopped using the CTC cock rings. I prefer the softer, more stretchable girth band from silicon rubber.
DP-4000 is not cheap, but like I have said many times, when it comes to investing in equipment or anything else you purchase.... You get what you pay for! You cannot duplicate the feel you get with a manual pump.

I use the CTC level E ring while using it. I tried the level A but it was too restricting. The softest ring works fine for me.
I have a DP-4000 and a Bathmate. I like both devices, but if you are serious about pumping, then the DP-4000 is by far and away a much better device!
I believe the reason that the CTC DP-4000 is not as "main stream" as the Bathmate is because CTC is a small company and doesn't have the marketing budget that the Bathmate has. Furthermore the DP-4000 is a domestic company that doesn't outsource it's product manufacturing to communist China, where slave labor is used.
