Hi
I want to start taking Propecia to save my hair as it is slightly receding and most like will carry on if i don't try slow it down.

My questions are can i still make gains using Propecia since it blocks DHT etc Propecia can potentially give 2% of men erectile dysfunction, smaller penis, less hornyness etc...

My andropenis extender even says :

The use of medication for stimulating hair growth or make your hair stronger, medication to treat depression, sleeping pills, tranquilizers and sedatives can significantly diminish the effectiveness of Andropenis.

Anyone on here use Propecia? and still make gains with a healthy penis?
Also what side effects do you get from using Propecia?

i currently also have not used my extender for above 1 month but have started pumping everyday but will continue to carry on extending when i feel motivated again.

SOMEONE PLEASE REPLY WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL THANKS

The struggle is all in your head. If the woman only cares for you because you have hair well that's not a relationship I want to be in.

Well if that's the case, if a woman only cared for me because of my penis size then that's not a relationship I want to be in. There are tons of men who care about their hair just like men care for their genitalia. It doesn't have to always be about attracting women, it could just be about having self confidence.

I never knew hair gave you confidence? So risk the side effects, and there are a few, look at the threads from some guys who attribute their ed on taking that med, and go grow hair.Google the drug and ed and you'll get lots of stories. By the way how much will it cost to buy that drug for 30 years?

When I first started going grey I thought I'd give that Grecian sh*t a go...looked like I was wearing a wig! Now I'm totally grey and don't give a damn. I suppose it depends on how you're losing your hair too...some people lose it in a way that looks "unnatural". I'm losing mine (sort of) evenly...otherwise I'd probably just shave it off and be done with it. I've heard that "caffeine" shampoo reduces and even stops hair loss...might be an alternative to look at?

DON'T TAKE IT!

I took Propecia for 3 years and in the final 6 months the side effects starte to occur.

For most of it, there were not many problems except my ejaculate was usually really low and also it made me feel depressed.

The last 6 months were hell: Hardly any ejaculate when I cum, lower and lower libido, blurry vision, acne on my back and jaw, depression, suicidal thoughts, aggression and short temper, brain fuzz, unable to articulate certain words, mixing words up mid sentence

Then I got off the stuff ... and it got a whole lot worse

All these problems above were accentuated ... now I couldn't even get an erection even when watching porn, add in cold sweats, shrinking penis, shrinking balls ... it was horrible!

It took me at least 6 months to get back to normal with gym work, right food, cold showers, strength training, etc.

There are guys out there who haven't recovered in over 7 years and longer!

if you want nightmares go head over to PROPECIAHELP: Persistent Finasteride Propecia Proscar side effects info & forum and see all the side effects and those affected by this horrid drug. people have even killed themselves because of it and rumour has it Robin Williams had it in his system the night he died.

STAY AWAY FROM IT, that's not a warning that's a demand.

Merck who produced this should take it off the shelves, they have court cases waiting for them.

If you must protect your hair I think I can recommend Minoxidil topical, sure it's not as good as Propecia but it's a hell of a lot safer! If you need further advice just ask.

3 year user of Propecia and happy to have his life back after quitting!

Going bald doesn't bother some guys, I couldn't handle it, and I know I will because my dad, all his brothers, my mothers two brothers, both grandads all lost their hair at an early age.

I'm planning for when it happens, i look f***in weird bald.

Possibly, but I haven't had any. I have read some stories of Minoxidil having side effects so always good to be cautious. But as it's topical and it doesn't alter your hormones, once stopping use all side effects should go quickly.

So LLN...that ain't you sitting in that chair???!!!

My grandfather on my father's side was as bald as a coot...my dad not so much and was very hairy all over...I'm not so hairy and at 54 still have a fairly good head of hair. My son is very hairy...shaved since 14 years old and can beat me hands down on a beard growing competition. So...doesn't necessarily follow.

It is, that's a bald cap, and a hell of a lot of makeup and airbrushing.

Hold on, the cheeky monkey isn't that hairy?
