Has anyone here ever used an extender along with manual PE? I was thinking about using it for a hour after my routine while in bed. I have tried this out the last few weeks and it seems to be doing no harm. Im not really interested in using the extender as my primary source of PE, been there done that. But I feel it may be beneficial after the workout to help promote mitosis. I think the key is to keep traction low and not over do it. Rest days shouldn't include it though.
