I know you guys have seen posts like these before and was wondering if anyone can help me out.

I suffer from PE and I know its either from imbalanced pelvic floor or hypersensitive glans of my penis (uncircumcised). I have tried doing kegels ( holding it back while you pee) and reverse kegels (pushing out when you pee) and whenever I try to do these two exercises I can barely hold it for one second and it feels like my abs are more engaged if anything. Is there anything I can do to get better at doing these these exercises so I can hold them for more than a second and disengaging my abs?

Is there also a way to desensitize my penis and even though I am uncircumsized my foreskin and retract easily with no problem.

Lastly, I see that many users on this forum have posted progress in their length and girth and was wondering how I can do this naturally if possible.

Thank you a lot and it will mean a lot if you guys can help me out and my problems!

The more you practice kegels, the stronger they'll get. Focus more on reverse kegels, and don't push so hard; you shouldn't be straining.. Also don't train your pelvic floor everyday; it's built of skeletal muscles and they need rest..

As far as desensitization of the glans, I'm going to not suggest it; it's a fine line near delayed ejaculation... depend on kegels instead!

But Jay, in MinuteMan's DO guide the levels of weeks says to do all those exercises every day. Why doesn't he incorporate rests?

Also a week doesn't mean you have to do it for every day if you can't but the goal is to be able to do it every day for 7 days.

He also states that rk and stretching / pf relaxation is important when doing kegel exercises, whether one has prem e or not

Reverse kegels + reverse rootlocks. Also work on relaxing the pelvic floor.
