I just want to say Thank You to everyone who is involved in this forum, even the non active members. I had a problem with Pre E that the information on this site has helped me with greatly. I may not have complete control, but I can last longer than my girlfriend wants me to on most nights. So, thank you non Pre E members giving support, and thank you members who are willing to post about your struggles. Without all of you, I don't know if I would have figured any of this out.

It's the basics, really.
My pelvic floor was chronically tight and it messed everything up. I needed to work on relaxing my PF muscles all the time, and also learn how to keep them relaxed during sex.
Pelvic Floor Tightness
1. Reverse kegels, front and back
2. Manual massage of pelvic muscles. Especially anus and muscles around the anus. This was a major issue for me.
3. Tennis ball massage
4. Deep squats- wide, medium, and narrow stance.
5. Heat pad(rice sock).

Edging/Sex
1. Focus on keeping PF relaxed by keeping arousal in check
2. Breathing to stay relaxed
3. Reverse kegels if I couldn't stay relaxed
4. Changing positions(stopping during edging)
5. PONR training- reaching PONR and trying to make it last for as long as possible without ejaculating. Doing whatever is necessary without completely stopping stimulation. (during edging)

So it is the basics. and how long did it take ya to achieve to control ur pre e? Did u edge with lube or dry?

Tennis ball massage was me just sitting on a tennis ball either under the anus, in front of it or behind it. Sometimes I would sit on a hot rice sock first.

I always edge with lube.

Is there a link you can provide for manual massage of pelvic muscles? I have the same tightness. Also, how long are you able to last now?

I have no source for pelvic massage. I would just warm up the area with a hot rice sock and then massage and press into any tight muscles. The shower is a good time to do this too.

I can last as long as I want, but I can't last as long as I want the way I want to. When I start reaching PONR all I have to do is switch positions and the sensation will lessen. When I do this it usually gives me 5-10 more minutes. I can do that all night.
I can't control PONR the way I want to, which is my next goal. Right now I am very good at keeping PONR from happening, thanks to edging. Sex is fun and feels good, and I can go 15-20 minutes most days before things start feeling really good just by staying relaxed. Normally, I can use breathing to keep going for a while at a higher level of sensation (5 minutes). Once PONR comes into play and breathing isn't enough, I either let it happen or switch positions to last longer.
Again, switching positions just to delay PONR isn't ideal. I don't usually need to do this, but sometimes I will if I can't control myself using other techniques. I really want to reach PONR and hold it there. I work on it every time I have sex.
