Hello friends,

I'm new here on PEGym.com but I've got knowledge and experience on muscle growth and fat loss. As we know, our body's composed by three kind os muscles:

a) skeletal muscle
b) smooth muscle
c) cardiac muscle

Based on information that about a half percent of penis structure is smooth muscle, we can say: our penis is able to grow by working on this muscle. Alright, this information can be easily found on this forum. But keep it on mind.

Now I introduce you a very important issue: BMR or Basal Metabolic Rate. In simple words, it means the minimal calorie rate per day that your body needs to stay alive. As you wonder, it's very hard to claim this exactly value. However, there are three estiomation formulas frequently used. I'm sharing them below:

a) Harris Benedict

BMR = 66 + [13,7 x weight (kg)] + [5 x high (cm)] - [6,76 x age (yrs)]

b) Mifflin-St Jeor

BMR = 5 + [9,99 x weight (kg)] + [6,25 x high (cm)] - [4,92 x age (yrs)]

c) Katch McArdle

BMR = 370 + [21,6 x LBM (Lean Body Mass)]

Note: men's BMR are higher than women and there are differences to calculate, but for an obvious reason I wrote above men only.

Personally, I prefer Mifflin-St Jeor's but a) or c) can be sucessfully used too.

Now, your exercise factor:

a) Sedentary = BMR x 1,2
b) Light exercise (1-2 times a week) = BMR x 1,4
c) Moderate exercise (3-4 times a week) = BMR x 1,6
d) Heavy exercise (5-6 times a week) = BMR x 1,8
e) Very heavy exercise (almost everyday and 2 times per day) = BMR x 2,0

This final value, BMR x EF, means calories (kilocalories, in correct words) you need a day to don't lose weight and don't gain weight. Just in order to maintain your body mass. In simples words, you need:

a) 0,8-1,0g of fat per body mass kg
b) 1,5-2,0g of protein per body mass kg
c) complete your caloric need with carbohydrate*

*If you want to gain mass, you'll have a surplus of carbohydrate (and caloric surplus either). If you want to lose fat, you'll need a caloric deficit, with less carbohydrate intake.

I must remind you that this is a very BASIC and SIMPLES form to discuss this subject.

So, we got a point. As we can see, dieting is a very important part of skeletal muscle growth. Would it be used to penis exercises, in order to maximizes smooth muscle growth? I would answer: probably yes.

Great theory; now try it and see if it works.

No it has nothing to do with caloric intake. Yes there is a smooth muscle in the penis, but it's purpose is to relax allowing the it to fill with blood. It is this engorgement of blood that creates an erection, not the smooth muscle. There is another factor that part of enlarging your penis is stretching the suspensitory ligaments this helps expose some of your inner penis. The tunica is a tough fibrous tissue, it's purpose is for the smooth muscle to expand against creating a hard erection. To enlarge the tunica you are creating small microscopic damage which heals itself in a larger state than before. This happens at such a slow rate over time that the calories that may be required for healing are insignificant. Taking in more calories will only make you gain weight.

Remember the amount of muscle in your penis is an overall small amount of body muscle. In a mathematical formula the amount of muscle is negligable. So good diet and excersizes will adequately support your penis enhancement excersizes.
Thanks for sharing this information. Good luck

Umm what is the point of this op ? Starvation might slow penis growth, but is very unlikely in the western world.

Doesn't work like this. This question is asked once a week. Moderators should probably sticky a thread saying that this does not work.

Hello everyone,

Thanks for reading my post and share your very clear opinion.

This is a new information for me, Cavalier. Thanks for sharing this content. By the way, I based my opinion on an article How Does Penis Enlargement Work?, where I found a very interesting information that motivated me to write this topic: "Penis enlargement works based on the same principle as muscle building for other parts of your body.[...]This then facilitates new cell growth to repair those tears, the same as happens when you build muscle tissue in other places in your body. Think of the penis like a brick wall. If you were pulled apart the courses of bricks and then filled the space between with new bricks, your wall would increase in size. New cell growth works the same way in your body, filling in the spaces with new cells."

About surplus intake, it would be about 200kcal per day and if you are, for example, a person with moderate exercise factor, it wouldn't be a problem. Probably the results would be lean geans. However, a sedentary person who intakes surplus, this calories will be more fat than muscle growth.

Umm what is the point of this op ? Starvation might slow penis growth, but is very unlikely in the western world.

The major point is that ordinary people are used to intake about 1,0g or less than this value of protein per body mass kg. Our body is capable to absorb more than that, 1,5-2,0g per body mass kg, depending on individual. By taking a surplus correct diet, because not just muscle, but tissues need a surplus caloric intake to synthesize chemical reactions, new material (AAs - protein in this specific situation|), we could apply this to support new cell growth. Specially by increasing protein intake.

I'm not trying to shoot your theory down, You put a lot of great thought into it. I guess I'm mostly trying to point out that the rate and volume of penis growth over time is so small that the amount of calories that would be required on a daily basis is insignificant.

Each individual must separate the wheat from the chaff when it concerns information found on the internet but it is so much harder to do when were dealing with the penis as many things are still theory. We also have to figure what works best for ourselves as each throbbing member seems to react differently to the same forces. Most things I research are much more carved in stone once the chaff is discarded. It has been very difficult to really nail anything down as fact concerning my cock.

Hello,

I see. Now I've got your point! Well, I'm starting in a couple weeks my routine and I can share these long-term results, about an entire year I mean.

Thank you!

No, average people do not consume anywhere near 1 gm of protein for each pound if body weight. That equation is common for weight lifters.

You have read some things but you don't understand them. Your ideas are well intended but very poorly studied.
