Hi I am 30 years old and have a 6.5" penis with average girth (haven't measured)

I was clueless about PE until very recently and I am intrigued about it as I assumed surgery was the only way. Anyway thats not the main reason I am here.

I am here to ask for some help with diagnosing peyronie's disease in my penis. About 1 month ago I experienced some pain in my penis following the use of finasteride for hair loss. Finasteride lowers DHT in the body and can cause issues with EQ as well as other sides unrealted to the penis. My erections were much softer and I entered into a new relationship with a girl I met around the same time I began taking finasteride. We had some long sex sessions as I found it hard to cum (due to finasteride) but I never felt any pain or thought that I had damaged my penis other than superfical cuts.

I am unsure if the pain came from the finasteride or even the sex but it is there and has persisted for 1 month. I also believe my penis is now begining to bend to the left very slightly when 100% erect and more when its semi erect.

The main thing that is freaking me out is just after my erection as the penis begins to deflate it goes down normally then all of the sudden it swings 15 degree or so to the left as if the left side is losing blood much faster or there is damage to the tunica albuginea causing the penis to contract harder to the left.

I have never paid much attention to my penis before the pain so I am unsure if this is normal and was wondering if some of you guys could compare your deflating erections to mine to see if they go down evenly. :) Strange request I know..

Thanks in advance

Perfectly normal. People tend to think curved penis = peyronies, it's not. Peyronies is more scar tissue build up which causes more dramatic shape changes, like a kink in a hose. It mostly effects older men. If you're worried about the pain see a doctor. Otherwise you could try resting it.

Curve wise it's probably always been there, and you're only noticing it now since you've been paying particular attention. There was a poll here a while back, over half answered with a curve one way or another.

Thanks elijohnson, I did see that poll about curves before and was surprised to see the results.

I found this life cast art work quite intersting http://www.brightonbodycasting.com/body-casting-projects/amora.php if you google it you can see lots more examples but you can really see the variation in direction and angle Brighton Bodycasting | Lifecasting | Plaster Casting | Sculptures

I was more worried about was the semi erect bend and the fact that it seems to change direction and become more extreme quite quickly as the blood is evacuated. Its like the scar tissue is being strectched out during full erection and then during deflation it cannot hold back the pressure from the less stretchy scar tissue and then bends sharply to the left.

It does not sound like pyronies. It may be blood leaving at different speeds between the two sides. It sounds to me more like strained ligaments. Spraining or staining one side can cause an inflammation response. I suggest you rest your penis and apply warmth to the penis. Not hot just warm. Don't test it with masturbation, and don't do PE for a while. However long it takes for the pain to go away completely plus one week. Be gentle, and probably use lube when you have sex. Your skin shouldn't tear if there is enough moisture in the vagina.
