This is the only routine that has really helped me with my early shooting, even compared to using a fleshing with porn.


Little backstory (if not interested, see below for routine!)
Have been PEing on and off for a few years, took a long year off as I didn't care. Used to have performance anxiety and so wanted exercises that would improve EQ only, size being secondary. Had tried jelqing 2/3 years ago and stuck with it for 3-4 months and had good results, but turkey neck and dislike for the actual exercise soon fizzled out my motivation.

also used to pump which was my favourite, never had any substantial size gains (except temporarily) but my EQ was through the roof, and so I incorporated that into this new routine. I also read edging was awesome for EQ and also for prem ejac which I've suffered from.



The routine:

I decided to combine pumping at medium pressures for 20+ minutes followed by massaging my erect penis WITH A COCK RING. This bit is very important, as after a good pumpi session my penis is so fatigued that I cannot get an erection, so I put a cock ring on and then massage (pretty much just masterbate/rub myself sensually like ballooning to get my penis hard as possible for anywhere from 10-60 minutes.)

if if I do it early in the day, I'll keep the ring on after to keep the expansion for longer.

Do it every 2-3 days (when EQ has recovered), always go by indicators.

The idea is this, if you blow up a balloon to extortionate levels (pumping) then let the air out, it is not going to maintain that size, but if you blow up the balloon, then fill it at its expanding size with water (blood) the balloon itself will remain expanded for longer periods thus stretching the balloon to accommodate this new size.

This his routine has made me hard as a pike, my girth noticeably bigger after 2/3 weeks and takes very little effort really, plus it has helped me majorly in lasting longer and controllingg my arousal.



some pointers:

DONT WATCH PORN. Been watching porn this week and have slowly felt myself getti back into my overly-aroused states too easily.

take your ring off and massage ur penis for a few minutes if u feel ur penis getting cold / or every 20 minutes or so when massaging

do not 'edge'. I NEVER reach PONR or even feel that slight ejaculation trigger sensation through my massages. Treat it as a completely neutral, non-sexual thing. Maintaining this mindset whilst pleasuring your penis is essential for lasting longer.

this routine kills several birds with one stone: much better EQ, bigger penis, minimal manual work (literally just massaging penis) and great for premature shooters.

A different approach, don't agree with it, edging ( especially In state of arousal ) to ponr and maintaining control is better.

Different strokes for different folks, pun intended. Getting to the PONR maintains the premature reaction to reach PONR soon. This is exactly what you want to avoid. Once you get the tingling sensations in your penis or lower abdomen, the ejaculation reflex has already begun - I.e. You've got yourself to the exact stage you're meant to be training to avoid. You need to train yourself to avoid this reflex for as Long as possible and learn to keep your arousal at steady levels for as long as possible. Working at the PONR is counter productive IMO. You would not have sex, get to the PONR and expect to last On the the verge on ejaculation constantly, the aim is to stave off the ejaculatory reflex as long as possible and condition yourself to stimulation without getti there until you want to.

Thanks for a different view. I will toy with the idea. We are all different and so are our cocks. There is nothing carved in stone. I find things that work for me bc of the diversity here. I didn't see any stats for you. How much have you gained?

This is definitely an interesting approach. I remember there was another user who had the same opinion: stay at controllable arousal level and get to PONR when you want. It makes more sense to me.
