I've been using a penis extender for almost 450 hours. Gained 0.4 inches which i'm very happy about. Been wearing it 4-5 hours each day, 1 day rest each week. I have recently added in manual stretching before each session.
I heard that hanging requires less time of your day. Is this true? I find that penis extending is quite time consuming. I often find I can't wear it for the full 2 hours so i have to rest then put it on a bit. My extender (andropenis i do find uncomfortable... i easily have enough time for 9 hours a day but i find it uncomfortable.. despite moisutring my penis each day and using a cloth strip over the sponge comfort straps.

IMO continue extending until 1000 hours and manual stretching.

Hanging is considered more advanced in terms of actual force exerted on the penis - however that does not mean you should rush into it. Maxing out gains at specific force level before you move on is the best way you don't plateau too soon.

I also found the andropenis too tight and cut blood circulation. Maybe you should try an all day stretcher device like phallosan. More comfortable and works great for people early in their PE routine.

The point to bear in mind is that hanging requires at least 14-ish hours a week to see gains, and during that time you are basically restricted to sitting. An ADS however means you can do most of your daily activities, as long as it's comfortable.

I spend 6 hours+ sitting at home already each day. 2 hours a day sitting with hanging would be easy. I would get phallosan but it's quite expensive, not sure how easy it would be to adjust to it? I'm likely to stop at 7 inches. Currently 6.4 inches.

In my opinion compression hangers are too challenging to get technique right . Stick with your extender and add more manual exercise .

I hung with 15 lbs and didn't gain any length so it's not guaranteed

There are other variables to consider when you extend, like the tension and position used as well as the length of the session. Doing two 5 hour sessions is not the same as doing one 10 hour session.
