can vachanger 3 be used as an extender mod also?

I have a couple extra extender plastic pieces i can put a nail in to make it useful as a externder mod, but i was wondering if thats all i would need, or if there are other differences that would make that not possible between the actual extender mod and the hanger.

Yeh, Monkeybar (the owner of the company) provides this cord with it to make it into an extender. You can put it around your neck or pull on it with your foot if you sit down a lot. I only ever used it as a hanger myself but a lot of people have used it as an extender too over on Thunders.
