Interesting take on training the pelvic floor. I'm gonna test it out for the following week and see how my body reacts to it. I love the fact that this community is so mature and kind. Its like one big family.

Another thing that i've observed :
I've heard that some people have developed such a strong pelvic floor, that these individuals can simply kegel and generate an erection. Is that the same case for you?

Treat others the way you want to be treated is a good way to be especially on sites such as thiese where the people are looking and searching for genuine help and information about a subject, no need in being morons to each other and I'm not at that level yet where just flexing them causes an erection but I've gotten to the point where if I hold back right before the PONR and then let go I can send my semen flying 3-4ft. Surprised the heck out of the woman I was having sex with told her I was getting ready to cum and she thought I was just gonna shoot my load on her stomach. At the time I didn't know how effective my kegels had been until I heard her scream as my load shot her in the head and hit the head board of the bed. Working on doing towel raises but its kinda hard to do because of my low erection angle even when fully erect my penis hangs in between 3-4 O'clock range.

That's very true but A light workout (stretches and really light weight for ex..200ibsvs65ibs) the following days for the purpose of helping to stretch the muscles and relieve the soreness and promote muscle growth by sending more blood into the recovering muscles and helps speed up growth and development, am I not correct? I'm not saying over-train the PC I'm saying put some kind of tension/resistance on it everyday, part of rehab is you have to workout what ever is injured some in order for you to recover. During PE recovery do penile massages, light stretches and always remember to kegel as well just with light squeeze that aren't 100% maybe 50-70% strength depending on amount of recovery needed.

This is not true for bench press, if you want to pump fresh blood into the chest the day after a workout you can stretch the muscle, massage the muscle, you can move around, but it is not suggested to do any contraction exercises without taking a break for a couple days or you will be interrupting the healing process. The only reason i cant say this is 100% the same for pelvic floor muscles is they dont move heavy things, but they do contract so id say overworking them is possible. In rehabilitation you're dealing with an injury, not properly worked out muscles so thats a little different.

I agree and disagree with you because our muscles don't know the difference between a dumbbell, barbell, resistance bands, or body weight. The muscles in our bodies registers stimulus the same regardless what source its coming from. The result regardless of what you use to workout will cause a contraction in the muscles. You say that on a rest day your chest doesn't get any work, think of the body as a whole complete unit not individual parts working independently, When does just your chest have to lift anything your chest incorporates your arms back and various muscles to get certain things done. I do full bodywork outs so the concept of isolation exercises doesn't matter much to me. I believe that you should never work any muscle to literal complete failure just work the PC good enough so that you know you got in a good workout and the following day just do enough kegels to stretch and massage it. Seeing as the muscle we are referring to is an internal muscle group it would be hard to stretch and massage it the same way you would do sore pectoral muscles. I appreciate the input and my inspiration for kegel exercises is to be the CT Fletcher of Kegels!!!! Happy Gaining!

I disagree with this as well, the direction the resistance is coming from can play a role in what muscle fibers are used so if your using free weights, gravity is providing resistance with a downward pull resistance bands can make the resistance come from any direction you want. I also never said that the chest doesnt get any work, i just said that using resistance on a contraction type of exercise the day after you do lift with the same muscle group is counter productive. Thats something i wont debate, its not something im unsure of. Go look it up if my word isnt good enough for you.

I don't like getting into journey threads before knowing they've been continued, but since you're still active I'm about to read this from the start! Thanks for keeping it going.

No worries no need for debate I know the information you are presenting is accurate. I use to be in the Army and was big into going to the gym so I know you are telling the truth even when I would do a full body workout then I'd be sure to not do the same exercises the next day. Working push exercises then switching to pull exercises are working the front of the body one day then alternating to working out the back of the body.

I don't recommend anyone workout at the same level or intensity as someone else because all our bodies are different and as long as you pay attention to your body and don't over train regardless of what you are doing you'll be okay. While in the Army we would workout everyday with only Saturday and Sunday off but even then my platoon would perform 100 push-ups and sit-ups every night before bed 7 days a week. I didn't get injured I ended up scoring 305 at basic and upon continue the same workout regimen except this time it was 100+pushups throughout the day on to[ of morning PT led to me scoring 326 at AIT. Not everyone is the same and everyone is at different levels of conditioning. For someone that is an experienced lifter or body builder, their workout routine and workload could never be done by a novice. PE is the same what I do is because I have spent years getting to the level I'm at so what I'm capable of another person might not be able to do the same if they have only been PE'ing for a couple of months.

P.S. I did mention that I use supplements to aid in recovery and to make sure that my nutritional needs are being meet as well as to ensure cell growth and repair are at optimum levels at all times for faster recovery time.

Thanks for the congrats and yes all the recent page traffic was do to me giving an update about reaching my mini goal of 10in. Nothing wrong with knowing what you are getting into before commenting, that shows that you are intelligent enough to find out what's being talked about before speaking.

I really hate to do it but i once again disagree, its called overtraining to do that everyday. Even experienced bodybuilders taking steroids for insanely fast recovery dont workout the same muscle groups everyday. Every other day maximum. Not on the juice every 3rd day. My brother was in the army, he told me about their routines, in my opinion its about breaking you're spirit, its not very scientifically put together. They make alot of people run until they get shin splints. I always hate disagreeing with people on these things because i feel like it makes me look argumentative when i really am just trying to help people. Im all about efficiency when it comes to exercise because if your working out everyday anyways, it allows you to go farther without hitting a plateau. Ive been a personal trainer for 6 years now, working on becoming a physical therapist. Ive benched 430 pounds and squatted 800 pounds. Did it without getting fat too like some "powerlifters". Lately ive been thinking about making a thread on here for anyone looking to get in shape, probably a better idea than me throwing my opinion out there everytime i see something i disagree with.

Keep in mind the strong opinions i have are in reference to exercising your body not doing kegels. I have a decent understanding of most PE related things but not even close to what i know about regular exercise. So what im saying is its possible doing kegels everyday is not overtraining, but doing that with you're arms or legs or whatever i am 100% sure is overtraining even if you're freakin ronnie coleman.

Its good that you are trying to help and give others your advice and information about what you know and experienced. We both know there are different types of muscles that react better to certain stimulus than other muscles types. I honestly can't find any really good earth shattering information on Kegels and PC muscle development that is truly in depth. I even read the information that the doctor who invented kegels wrote his routine was a lot more taxing than doing what most people do during PC exercises. Doing 1000 a day for me at the point I'm at is the same thing to a marathon runner running 2+miles a day to someone that doesn't even walk a half a mile, running 2 miles would seem difficult unless you are conditioned to handle it.
I'm just a marathon type of person that does 700-800 kegels as a sexual 2mile run daily to maintain and keep the muscles toned and increase endurance, more than trying to gain size and strength. If I do a hard kegel workout that taxes my muscles really good I will take a day off. So no disagreement here for real, eventually will all have to take a break from whatever it is we are doing. Jelqing everday will cause you to need a rest day as well even though this is smooth muscles it still needs a break so i know that skeletal muscles would need a break as well.

It's a goal to be admired by many of us!

Setting the Bar high I know but I really feel like it is possible to achieve 12in length and a girth of 6+in, Already at 6in girth and 10in length only 2 more inches to go. I know that this won't be an over-night thing but I feel pretty confident that its completely reasonable to add 1/2inch in 6 months time worth of training. Considering I Kegel religiously, perform jelqs, manual stretches, edging and ballooning, and once in a blue moon will use weights to stretch if I don't feel like using my hands to stretch and probably 2 times a week I will use a penis ring to help stretch my penis internally and to ensure that enough pressure is being applied to the Tunica so that girth gains as well as length will both come at an even pace. I perform balloon exercises everyday unless EQ is down but I woke up just as hard today as I did when I started back performing PE 2 weeks ago. Currently at 10 hopefully by Christmas/ New Years I'll be at 10.5inBPELx6.25inMSEG if hopefully not bigger. Trying out different natural supplements and vitamins to see how well they help recovery and gains come along.

Before anyone chimes in with most girl won't be able to handle all that the mother of my child happens to be a size queen but is only 5ft 2 she loves seeing how much she can take and actually said she was able to tell that my penis has grown some more. So different strokes for different folks. If I do one night stands I tend to like to go for taller women with some meat on their bones and in my personal experience some women are actually built to be able to handle bigger dicks than other chicks. I've also meet women that said they had trouble getting 6in inside of them and I simple told them well I might not be the guy for you. Happy Gaining and hope you achieve all of your goals as well

I've been perfectly happy with the gains I got early in PE, but I'd set a long term goal of 10 x 6, exactly where you are. Reading your progress has been very motivational in terms of believing it to be possible. Thank you for that.

After performing PE for a certain amount of time it can become boring and remedial easily, especially if you are doing the same routine with no variation in anything you are doing. That's why I switched out masturbation for ballooning and jelqing. After I hold back from cumming about 3-5times I feel energized like I'm ready to punch something or go running, I use that energy to maintain my focus and dedication as well as using that energy to accomplish other things throughout the day. When I jelq and balloon I do it for 20mins or as long as it takes me to reach the PONR 3-5 times and then after that I'm done until I start getting sexually worked up again later on in the day that's when I take a break and spend 20mins doing the same thing by the end of the day I will have done this 3-5 times and I still have morning wood as well as rock hard erections, I have sex about an average of 3 days a week for a total time of 2hrs per sex session to get done, because I don't like to stop once I start I use sex as a way of PEing and that's the only time I lose my semen is if I'm having sex that way I can still keep my sexual energy at its peak. If I get bored of jelqing/ballooning throughout the day I just reach down there and do some manual stretches in all directions. Morning Sex without cumming but with multiple orgasms is a great way to have your sexual energy sky high all day long and I still find time to get a jelq session in and keep my penis in an engorged state all day long everyday as much as possible.
