Hello, got a question here. When I go through my workout, things seem well and I get good expansion and stretch. My question is simple, lots of the time my post work out flaccid is not over expanded... It is merely my normal flaccid hang. Sometimes it seems I even hang a bit smaller and contracted. I know people love to plump up, how important is this?

Sometimes if you turtle you can shake it out and it may show the plumpness from your PE effort.

Hi Kaskman!

Some people believe that post workout turtling is a sign of going a bit rough (penis is fighting back -bad) while others seem to think the workout wasn't effective if they don't turtle afterward.
Anyway, if you're a complete beginner, it may be smart to avoid turtling for a while until your penis gets conditioned.
Anyway, let the PE-moto lead you: "less is more" -all of us agree on that.

Cheers!

Thank you for the responses guys... Maybe I should have specified. I have been peing for about 4/5 months now.

Any further input on thoughts and the necessity for a plump hang are quite welcome.

As Kingpole stated, shake it up and (assuming you didn't overtrain) the plumpness should reappear. I for one LOVE to do those "helicopter shakes" many times throughout the day and they do the job in terms of bringing that plumpness and aiding in the recovery process.

Maybe it is the combo of the helicoptors and V" jelq that promotes good gains?

I dunno about V-jelqs; gave up on them back in the 1st week of my Newbie Routine cause my fingers are just too weak when it comes to doing a worthy V-jelq.

But them copter shakes are the sh*t, man.
