It won't give her an orgasm on its own. Well, it might, cos she won't have had many if any of those before, but she'd need to be ready for it. And willing. Okay, I am quite surprised that this has been overlooked so far but there is such a massive difference in vaginas also that asking if an average dick could fill up all vaginas cannot really be answered. I would say most girls would run a mile if you took out your 10 x 6, whereas few would do likewise with the 6 x 4.5.
