Well, I started the beginner program tonight.

First I shaved Russell (formerly known as Chewbacca), then I took measurements (see signature below). By the way, does anyone find it beneficial to his PE routine to shave? I know there's no physiological connection between shaving and growth (although I seemed to have found an extra inch in there - hehe), but surely there's some psychological connection.

Anyways, I did warm up with a hot washcloth, did stretches with Kegels and helicopters, then three sets of jelq X 50 and v-jelq X 30. Then I did warm-down with a hot washcloth. By the way, is a rice sock reusable? How often do you have to change out the rice so it doesn't burn in the microwave?

After PE, I sat back down here, and read some more, then made a couple of posts. Two hours after PE, took pictures (having trouble with the attachment button). I'll try to update this after each PE and I'll try to update stats and pics about monthly.

Yes, I keep my pubic area and penis shaved all the time. I think that it gives you a better feeling about yourself.

Welcome to the PE Gym, Want2bBetter. You can use the rice sock until you wear a hole in it and the rice falls out. Hee.
The microave heat keeps it pretty sterile and the rice when it cools down, picks up moisture from the air so that the next time you warm it up, it has a moist heat, feel.
You only warm the rice filled sock for about 1 minute in the microwave so you would never burn the rice.

Thanks Dusty and JP. By the way, after thinking about it I realized being shaved probably makes PE (as well as clean up) a little easier to do.
