Hello everyone.

I will start with my story.

I am quite young, yet above 18. I have always knew I have a bit smaller penis than normal, or at least thats what I think.

I haven't measured my length and girth properly yet, although I know I have measured my length in the past, non-bone pressed, and it was about 12cm, which is about 4.724'.

I have seen a lot of penises in bathrooms and dressing rooms and I always felt like I have a smaller-than-average size.

I always wanted to enlarge it, somehow, but I never really found a REAL authentic method. I have been thinking about buying the Andro-Penis device but I was unsure whether it works or not.

Untill I have found this forum, and I was filled with hope :)

I have no clue about how to measure and exercise, although I have read a bit in the main site (Penis Enlargement Gym - Home) but its kind of hard to understand, since im a total newbie.

My goal, is to enlarge the girth(that I haven't measured yet), and the length to between 16 to 18 cm.

I also want to straighten my penis because it curves upwards.

I hope I will achieve this goals, somehow :p

Thanks for the help.

P.S. Are the length and girth changes permanent? will I have to exercise for the rest of my life if I want to have a bigger penis? Thanks.

Hello N95!

I once answered a similar question(s) so here it is:

Well, first all the exercises (warming up, stretching, wet jelqing, kegeling and warmdown) are a part of your "routine".
You will have to pick a "routine" you like and stick to it. There are several beginner routines on this site. You can also look at my log if you want to see what's mine (Todger's Log in Progress Log forum).
Once you pick a routine, you will have to decide how often you are going to perform it (have a session).
My routine is 1 day workout - 1 day rest.
When stretching you should be flaccid. Many PEers reccomend 30% erection (which is quite flaccid)
Never forget to warm up! Also never go hard on your willy! Just a little roughness and you'll end up with turkey neck or some other irritation on the soft part of the shaft under the glans.

Read the sticky post in this forum named: Beginners 90 day routine, it has nice descriptions of all beginner exercises.
So simply put:

Measuring:
Get a ruler and put it on the top side of your shaft. You should measure with your penis parallel to the floor. Measure your length -You have a "non body pressed erect length" or NBPEL, if you push the ruler against your pubic bone you get BPEL. Also if flaccid, you can make similar measurements with the addition of BPSFL - body pressed stretched flaccid length.
As for girth, you can measure it with a peace of string to get EG or FG (erect girth, flaccid girth respectively). You can measure it behind the glans, mid shaft, or at root.
Now, you probably noticed I'm rushing all the explanations. That's because they're not important!
We don't take measurements to know how big we are compared to others, but to know if we gained any or not. So the definitive answer is: measure it any way you like but always measure in the same fashion. If you measured your girth behind the glans, always measure it in the same spot. Using the same ruler is also a good idea.

Warm up:
Wrap a hot towel (cloth) around your penis for about 10minutes. Reheat the towel every minute. Use hot water to do that.

Stretching:

Pull back the foreskin on your flaccid penis (I have a feeling you're European and probably uncircumcised, you use metric units (cm)) and grip the penis behind the glans (head). Use an overhand grip and make sure to not put too much pressure on the dorsal (upper) side of the shaft as most of the nerves are there. It's easier if you put the webbing between your thumb and index finger onto that area. Now stretch your penis forwards until it goes. You shouldn't feel any discomfort. Hold it for 30 seconds. You can also do kegels (I will explain them later). If it's hard to hold the grip and it slips, you can help yourself with some talc or toilet paper to secure it. Repeat the stretch in all directions (up, down, left and right). Make sure to shake and massage your penis between each stretch to help the circulation.

Wet Jelqing

You can jelq between 30-70% erection. Don't go over that because it increases the probability of injury.
Lube up your penis and both hands. Baby oil works, water based lube, vaseline ...all good.
Now grip the base of the penis with an overhand ok grip. Don't grip hard, the point is to push the blood down your shaft, not to choke it to death. Slide the hand slowly towards the glans (3-5 seconds). Stop before the glans and don't release the grip. Start with the other hand from the base. When you reach the middle of your shaft, release the grip below the glans. Repeat.
Your grip should be gentle-especially if your erection level is high-this is important! 10 minutes of this should be enough.

Kegels
Go pee. Stop the urine flow in the middle. You did that with your pelvic floor muscles. Get familiar with how it feels. Now you should practice contracting those muscles when not urinating. It will give you better engorgement and stronger ejaculations.
You shouldn't contract your abs and anus. It's hard to master this exercise but you'll get the hang of it. If you put your finger on your perineum (area between the anus and scrotum) you should feel them contracting when kegeling. Also your erection (if you do them erect) will bob up and down. Hard kegel is a strong -long lasting contraction (3-10 seconds). You should do 50 of them with each workout (as a beginner). You can also do 30 quick kegels with each stretch (described above).

Warm down

Warm down for a few minutes with a hot towel or a hot shower or however you like.

Rest
A very important part of PE training. Depending on the routine you pick for yourself, you will have different workout schedule.
Mine is 1 day workout - 1 day rest.

About the upward curve, I have it also. Many people have it. There is no need to try to get rid of it.

You will keep your gains permanently. The only condition is this: You have to "cement" it. That is a term describing the process of continuing to PE past the point you feel satisfied with. Then, after you quit, your penis will shrink a bit and get right where you want it. Also, more experienced PE-ers say you should do some "maintenance" work. What this work is, I'm unsure. I assume it is doing "piss-pulls" (Stretching a bit each time you go to pee) or some such exercises.
Anyway, it's a sacrifice worth doing, no?

I hope this helped. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to ask.

Best of luck mate!!!

If you have an upward curve that is a real curve I would use a piece of string and take into account of the curve before I begin. If you can not straighten your penis out to measure then you should be incorperating the curve into the length measurement. Im thinking your bigger than you say you are becuase of this curve. Nothing wrong with a curve they can give a woman great pleasure.

So I think you should do a lot more reading, take your time read some of the exercise tips and look at the videos and visuals. Welcome to PeGym!

Thanks for all the answers guys!

The problem with the curve is, indeed, measuring the penis, so I cant really measure it with a ruler.

By the way - can someone please list me all the acronyms people use here? so I can understand.

Thanks again!!

Hey N95user, here's a link to our vocabulary: abreviations-acronyms

By the way, I too cannot measure correctly with a ruler.
What I do is measure it as if there wasn't a curve because if I try to bend the ruler to match the curve, I end up with different readings every time. So I don't get an accurate measurement but it is precise. If I bend it I get more accuracy but lose precision. Precision is more important to me because it gives me confidence that I have measured it right and that I have gained.
Perhaps you could measure it with a piece of string or with a measuring tape.

Cheers!
