Such an awesome quote. Actually, Mark Twain has a lot of good ones if memory serves me correctly.

You're right he does. Sundays always seem to be one of those soul searching days for me. I'm trying not to flood the forum with quotes...lol

That is why this thread exists. So you don't flood the forum, but rather they are contained in one place..... Wishful

"Money doesn't make the man.
Muscles don't make the man.
Tattoos don't make the man.

Character is what makes a man! Let a man's character be his currency;
that will tell you what he's really worth!" Tony A. Gaskins Jr.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epic of belief, it was the epic of incredulity, it was the season of light, it was the season of darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.......
A tale of two cities
Charles Dickens

My favourite quotes are:
- The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential...these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence (Confucius);
- Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can (Arthur Ashe);
- The best way to pay for a lovely moment is to enjoy it (Richard Bach).

An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
It’s the quality of one’s convictions that determines success, not the number of followers. - Remus Lupin

By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest. - Confucius

If I am walking with two other men, each of them will serve as my teacher. I will pick out the good points of the one and imitate them, and the bad points of the other and correct them in myself. - Confucius
