Hi PEGYM Forum
I decided to make a blog entry to keep track of the changes i make in my PE exercises and the effects these have on my gains(or not). I have been completely unorganized in this matter which lead to create some confusion as to what i m doing right or wrong.
So far, it has been a great full year of PE training. I usually train 3-4 times (only on weekdays) per week with some edging sessions in between ( I admit that sometimes i edge for 3 hrs - and this is not really good ). I try to have 1-2 weeks off PE for every 2 or 3 months of training. A year since i started i have witnessed a gain of 1,5 inches approx. My girth has remained the almost the same (sometimes it s thicker but it s not consistent).
My PE training session upto October 2014 consisted of:
10-15 min warmup
Manual Stretching (Straight-Out, Down, Up, left, right) 30 secs each + Kegels every second.
Rotary Stretches 10 reps clockwise + 10 reps anticlockwise
Helicopter Shakes
50-100 Wet Jelqs
30-60 V jelqs
5-10 min warmdown
I measured at the end of October at around 9.05in BPEL
Since October-November I made changes to my routine:
I actually increased the duration of the stretches from 30secs to 45secs and i also added A-stretches of 15 secs x 3 reps.
BPEL by the end of December 2014 was at 9.25in
In January 2015 i decided to increase stretching duration upto 60 secs up from 45secs and increased A-stretch duration to 30 secs x 3 reps. I kept this routine upto the end of February .
BPEL increased to 9.37in
March 2015
I added bundle stretches 3 reps x 30 secs to the same routine.
During first week of March BPEL went up to 9.5in
However by the end of March, EQ decreased and i usually couldnt get above 7.5-8 in EQ.
I get morningwoods most of the times but seem to be of lesser quality and duration.
My measurement vary now in BPEL , I guess this is caused by a lesser EQ.
So, for April i have decided to take bundle and A-stretches away to see if my EQ will be increased.
