Hi PEGYM Forum

I decided to make a blog entry to keep track of the changes i make in my PE exercises and the effects these have on my gains(or not). I have been completely unorganized in this matter which lead to create some confusion as to what i m doing right or wrong.

So far, it has been a great full year of PE training. I usually train 3-4 times (only on weekdays) per week with some edging sessions in between ( I admit that sometimes i edge for 3 hrs - and this is not really good ). I try to have 1-2 weeks off PE for every 2 or 3 months of training. A year since i started i have witnessed a gain of 1,5 inches approx. My girth has remained the almost the same (sometimes it s thicker but it s not consistent).

My PE training session upto October 2014 consisted of:

10-15 min warmup
Manual Stretching (Straight-Out, Down, Up, left, right) 30 secs each + Kegels every second.
Rotary Stretches 10 reps clockwise + 10 reps anticlockwise
Helicopter Shakes
50-100 Wet Jelqs
30-60 V jelqs
5-10 min warmdown

I measured at the end of October at around 9.05in BPEL

Since October-November I made changes to my routine:
I actually increased the duration of the stretches from 30secs to 45secs and i also added A-stretches of 15 secs x 3 reps.
BPEL by the end of December 2014 was at 9.25in

In January 2015 i decided to increase stretching duration upto 60 secs up from 45secs and increased A-stretch duration to 30 secs x 3 reps. I kept this routine upto the end of February .
BPEL increased to 9.37in

March 2015
I added bundle stretches 3 reps x 30 secs to the same routine.
During first week of March BPEL went up to 9.5in
However by the end of March, EQ decreased and i usually couldnt get above 7.5-8 in EQ.
I get morningwoods most of the times but seem to be of lesser quality and duration.
My measurement vary now in BPEL , I guess this is caused by a lesser EQ.

So, for April i have decided to take bundle and A-stretches away to see if my EQ will be increased.

Hey Potek, great job on the log. Have you considered jelqs into the routine, and kegels/reverse kegels? These often help EQ. My EQ will drop first from over stretching. For clarity I mean more jelqs. Great job, and great gains. Keep it up.

and yes i also do 100 wet jelqs+30-60 v jelqs on average.
thank u for your replies guys!

EDIT : my usual PE routine is

15 min warmup
Manual Stretching (Straight-Out, Down, Up, left, right) 45-60 secs each + Kegels every second.
Rotary Stretches 20 reps clockwise + 20 reps anticlockwise
20 Helicopter Shakes in between stretches

3x30 secs A-Stretch
3x30 secs Bundle Stretch
(I am planning to leave these two exercises out from my routine to see if those hurt my EQ lately)

100 Wet Jelqs
60 V jelqs
5-10 min warmdown

It seems lately that my friend down there seems discouraged for some reason. My erections lately cannot get above 7.5-8, i have measured about .4 less than i usually do and it seems harder to maintain an erection. My PIs ,on the other hand, i.e. Morningwoods are frequent and solid.

Do u have any recommendations or suggestions?

Anyway, since that i ll be going for a week on vacation i ll get some rest and gonna re-evaluate the situation.

? Are you kegeling/ reverse kegeling or only kegels? Deep flat footed squats and other stretches can help also. The week off might be a good chance to evaluate whether you are over training.
No matter what have a great vacation.

Thanx for yr reply
i only do regular kegels. I ll try to do some reverse ones this week that i ll be off PE. How many reps do u recommend daily? Didnt know squats help PE so i ll start doing some because i workout anyway.
It could also be overtraining since i increased streching reps but i doubt that.
Or it could just be some psychological reason . Truth is i am a bit stressed lately.
