Well, I've been doing RKs and regular Kegels for a few weeks now as well as some stretches and I'm definitely seeing results in that I have much better control as well as a better erection
I am also edging every other time but I'm going to increase the rate eventually.
However, I'm wondering if there are any good tips for decreasing sensitivity on certain spots. I've noticed that the underside of my glans is incredibly sensitive and when I get really excited, it gets almost tingly and I feel like I want to ejaculate immediately. This is whenever I lose control of my breathing and arousal or whatever which happens sometimes when I get really excited. I think I may have held my grip in such a way so that I always stimulated that very spot when I was PMOing in my teens although I realise this is a sensitive spot for everyone.
So are there any good ways of desensitising that area and making it less sensitive? Perhaps by rubbing it frequently to dull the nerve endings or something, I don't know
Putting some ice on there whenever I have an erection? xD
