Hi all,
It seems that i cant help getting an erection within 10 strokes of my starting jelq session. Now i have two choices, either leave jelqing at all or work around this issue, i chose the later!! I must mention that i am circumcised.
Now i want opinions and suggestions from all of you...techniques, saftey measures, gains, experiance etc etc.
What i do is start my jelq session ( after a warm up) WITHOUT lube as lube will make it more difficult to avoid the erection.so i besically dry jelq keeping my pressure on the sides of the penis shaft and try to avoid putting pressure on the main vein which is running in the middle of the shaft.after like 10 jelqs i am at 100℅ so i switch to somewhat light grip. At this point i leave my shaft and start kegeling HARD for like 20-30 second squeeze. This deflates the penis to a semi hard state so i could resume my session. There are 2\3 things which i have observed. I get a very great expnasion in my glan its like a rock!! But i am afraid to put too much pressure on my shaft cuz of a fear of injury,also its difficult to jelq a rock hard penis. I assume that these HARD erect kegels will eventually contribute to better EQ..looking for your replies!!

ok hi at first !

I started PE 3 days ago BECAUSE i want a larger FLACCID !
but today i had time and thought why not get into this Jelqing thing ?!

and dude its the same Problem for me i am gettin highly erected, maybe because i do NOFAP/NOPORN and i only try to have sex for "EJACULATION" which means my penis loves gettin jelqed :D
I PERSONALLY did NOT stop the jelqing while erected and IT felt GOOD for ME !

AS long as U feel comfortable i dont see anyone could argue to not DO ERECT JELQ but SINCE u have the feeling of fear injury simply dont do it erect ! and go light and wait

PS: I even did no warm up :D warm up for me was flaccid jelq

be very wary when doing this since it could lead to injury if your not conditioned enough. This is a very advanced and practiced technique.

Finally someone who can understand me :D..dude i also want a larger flaccid hang plus a big penis ;)..i feel comfortable while jelqing erect. How long do u jelq?? What is your grip?? Overhand or v jelq...im currently following a 2 on 1 off.. And i think it will benefit in the gains..

Well i just jelq as long as i want :D it was 1 hour straight today which might be alot for one LIKE ME who has NEVER done it before :D

BUT i was so comfortable in doing it and had the time I thought like why not

I use both grips i just alternate in between

Erect Jelqing is an advanced technique.... Same with hard kegels for an extended period of time unless you balance and keep your pelvic floor balanced. I suggest if you two are new you have a look through the first two or three pages of the injury forum and read the hell some people go through when they aren't following the safety first thread...

Just a suggestion... Before either of you do something detrimental to your goodies.

Then how can i jelq properly cuz after 10/12 strokes im hard so what i do is hard kegel this will make me semi when i release it but this whole thing is quite annoying and time taking...
Also i wonder if jelqing a 100 ℅ erect penis to 110℅ is more productive or jelqing a 70/80℅ to its max??

This takes time... And unless your seriously conditioned... Jelqing at 100% trying to hit 110% is just asking for trouble.

Go right ahead though. No ones going to stop you. But you only get one dick and if you break it you'll have no one to blame but yourself as there are lots of threads here covering why that is such a horrible idea.

Just my 2 cents.

Hi altrkit,

If I'm reading your OP correctly you are only putting pressure on the sides of your shaft? This sounds a lot more like Kickinthemeb's alternative V-jelq rather than a regular jelq. As such it should be OK to do at higher erection levels, just exercise caution.
It should be noted that this is a girth focussed exercise so might not do too much for erect and flaccid length.

computerguy is right, do not jelq while erect. It is very dangerous for a beginner. Try not to jelq over 70%. If you are having trouble with becoming erect then try doing something to take your focus off from your erection while jelqing. It may take some time to get the hang of it. If you are only able to do a small amount of jelqing for now it is still far better than injuring yourself.

When I started with PE I always had to jerk off before every single session because I would be too hard otherwise... It was no problem for me as my wife says I a "suffering" from hypersexuality. But eventually after weeks of training I got used to PE and can now control my EQ pretty well. I advise to be patient. Erect jelqs to me always felt not so effective btw.

Ya when I started jelking it felt great to do it for an hour. If it feels good do it, right? After a few days of that I couldn't get a boner and no morning wood. It was turtled up. I thought more jelking would help. It got worse. I finally got on this site and took the advice of fellow PEers. My point is that you may not be sore that day but the accumulation of doing that every day adds up. So when your dick stops working heed the advice, take some time off until you heal and start out the right way. You just as well learn by hurting yourself like the rest of us did.

If your beginner then do not try erect jelqing it is for more advanced people while still you should be careful.

When I jelq I personally do not jelq at 100% erection I stay more in the 75-85 % max.

Stop each jelq before glans.

Yes, after reading all u guys..i decided to stay in the 75-80℅ range and i feel that it gives more better jelqing session. Penis looked more worked and fatigued. Also as of yesterday i have incorporated ballooning and i feel that it has some benefits too. I balloon everyday for 15\20 mins, even if its a rest day.actually i think i have OCD which compels me to go over board sometime , do multiple jelq sessions etc and also i want to see results very quickly this lethal combo is a recipe for an injury...any thoughts of controling it before i do something stupid?

I have the same problem. I always think more is better no matter what it is. I go overboard with every thing I do. It is difficult for me to hold back and not get carried away. Believe me when I say if you do that you will be sorry. Watch your PIs closely. If you get any bad PIs back off or take a break. The total sum of your stretching, jelking, edging/ballooning could be too much. Especially if you do two jelking sessions.

I know...and i should restrain myself, but sometime when i have a good session in the morning and feel it in my penis by afternoon its all back to normal as if i hadnt done anything at all THIS feeling is the driving force for another session or ballooning etc. Is it normal to the jelq effects to phase out after some hours??
