Hi Everyone. Joining to learn and implement penis size. If you can't tell by my name, I'm an average penis-sized black male so I have stereotypes working against me. No issues in sex life, but want to increase size for personal aesthetic reasons.

And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. :)



Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Remember to be patient and consistent and you will achieve a stereotype dick. Make sure to take accurate measurements and pictures so you can track your progress.

If you are looking to gain some size then you have come to the right place. There is a wealth of information here as well as some really great members who are always willing to help.

Be sure to read the links that MrB8 has provided, that's a great place to start. The key to your success will be to be dedicated, consistent and patient. It won't happen overnight, but it does work.

A good beginner program to start with is JP90 it will condition you for more advanced exercises and will overall condition your penis really well.

Keep believing in yourself and your success with PE.

Read all the beginner stickies and keep educating yourself on the subject of PE it is really important to know what your doing since your at the end of the day dealing with your own penis.

Stay consistent with your routine while following your Physiological indicators so you will not be overtraining.
