Hey Everyone!

If you look at my join date, you'll see that I joined a bit over a year ago. I found this site after a pretty intense breakup, , and I could definitely use some stuff to feel better about myself.

Days later, I found myself in a different relationship with another girl, and didn't do anything with it.

I'd look in every now and then, check out the success forum, and see how people were doing, but never really did anything with what I saw and learned. As a result, it's been a bit over a year, and I haven't done anything.

I broke up with my gf a month ago or so, and began poking around again. Over the past couple weeks of seeing people's results on the success forum, I realized where I could be today if I had started when I first found the site, compared to where I am today.

No more! Starting today, I'm beginning JP90, and am looking forward to some great results. The timing coincides with a renewed vigor in the gym as well, so between the clean food, workouts, and JP90, I'm excited to see what'll occur.

I'm going to do some official measurements tomorrow, and report back, but as of right now, I'm just happy to have made the decision to get myself going.

Here's to 2015!

And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. :)



Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Yep, it's never too late to get started :)

You might want to try keeping a log in the progress section. Keep track of your workouts, gains and physiological indicators. It helps you see what works for you and what doesn't and is a great motivator.

You have chosen great beginner program it will condition you quite well for more advaced exercises.

This time stick with PE trust me it will pay off!:)

Keep believing in yourself and your success with PE.

Read all the beginner stickies and keep educating yourself on the subject of PE it is really important to know what your doing since your at the end of the day dealing with your own penis.

Stay consistent with your routine while following your Physiological indicators so you will not be overtraining.
