I want to ask you something. I need answers only from people, who practice this during real sex and achieved some progress.
So can you tell me what is your behavior DURING REAL SEX?Not during edging-during real sex. I am asking this because i have very good improovments with edging.I can do it as long as i want, no matter with or without porn.I do very very fast and full strokes, i stimulate the most sensitive parts of my penis and i can do it forever without problems. The problem is that in sex the things are different.Very different.Thursts, more mooves with the body...it just different. So i want to understand what works best for you but especialy during REAL SEX.

2)Holding a light reverse kegel during the whole act (i read many times that this non stop holding of reverse kegel causes sensitivity and cause early cuming.)

Thanx alot, Jericho :p So you find that staying relaxed,without doing rks,focused on your deep breaths works best for you, right? Thanx again. I'm waiting for more answers :)

I mix it up if I feel like I am going nearing the ponr.

If I am really close to it, I go really deep to her, because when I am near the PONR I get really engorged. You can give her a lot of pleasure by being in deep and barely moving (you won't really go past the PONR from this)

Also this slight movement when really deep allows you to rub your pubic bone off her clit (great for her)

That you, alan :) So, you said you dont need to do reverse kegels or mediative reverse kegel breathing to last longer? Just staying relaxed and take slow deep breaths?
Btw i find for me, especialy when she's on top, when i thurst in i do auto ik.So the mooving up (the thursting) cause me Ik. I want to know it will help if i hold a VERY LIGHT reverse kegel during the whole contact (from the begining-the foreplay, to the end-ejaculating)

I think the main point is to train your pelvic floor and your mind out of sex, and once you're involved with a woman just relax, have fun, focus on her, be in the moment and as Jericho said, breathe !

The problem is if i'm ONLY trying to be relaxed and breath,its okey, but iks are still here. I want to understand how to use RKs corectly to "fight" with iks DURING REAL SEX. That's why i'm asking how the people use reverse kegels during sex and with what kind of technique they last longer. Maybe the question here is what is better - the mediative metod (with reverse kegel on EVERY INHALE during the whole act and relax it on exhale) or non stop holding of a very light reverse kegel, without relax it on exhale(deep breaths during this non stop holding of the light rk). Btw how u're breathing during sex? With your mouth, with your nose, combined mouth+nose ... Waitin' for replies guys and thanx everybody for joining :p

Keep edging and practice those things, thrusting, positions etc.
You should focus on lasting long without rk or any muscles, later you can work more on those things.

The whole time, I'm holding a reverse kegel - I'm pushing out.

When I do hit the PONR, I pull out and finger her until i can go back in.

Thanx for joining longerlastingnoob. During edging i can masturbate+balloon the most sensitive parts of my penis as long as i long.I dont need to use rks.Why? Because i dont have iks. But that is only during edging! During edging, no matter with porn included or not, i can stay away from ponr forever.I do VERY FAST and full strokes and i feel myself in totally control.If i want to ejaculate i have to do regular kegels as crazy. And that only with relaxing and deep breathing. But in sex, the things are different and you know that. Ok,during sex i will achieve 5 minutes, but after that? I'll need some rks to stay away from ponr.I just want to understand what works better for people - Mediative reverse kegel [pushing on inhaling only] or holding a light reverse kegel during the whole contact(deep breaths during this light push). I cant understand exactly what they mean with "very light reverse kegel" and i may post a thread for this. So, what is working best for you?

I can hold a light rk early on or a strong one when I am close to ponr to push it back. But I don't use rk, I only did for the first few months to help. I Never wanted to have to use the muscles or any techniques to last longer, there good to have, but I wanted to last long naturally and I achieved that by edging ( alone and with my gf ) without using any techniques.
I still work on kegels and rk and am looking for full control but I rarely use them.
You said you can last forever edging, my advice is edge with your gf / partner, or get a fleshlight.

I'm asking because during edging i find its very good to relax the pelvic floor with this: Deep inhale, hold the breath for a while (1-2 seconds maybe,i find its very easy for me to do a reverse kegel during this 1-2 seconds holding) and push out a reverse kegel during theese 1-2 seconds.Full relax on exhale. This is maybe triangular mediative rk breathing. How do you think, can that cause me sensitivity and faster bringing to the ponr during real sex? I'm waiting for more replies guys.Thanx in advance :p

But thats for me, if you want to know what's best for you you need to try it yourself and see because what works for one person won't for another and so on.
