Because different extenders are different devices and there is not as much uniformity with gains per hour and the way that they are worn. It would have also became way too cluttered if I included all extenders on the table. The initial reason the table was created was from discussions between myself and other phallosan users in a number of threads, and we decided it would be a good idea to track hours, see if there were any better approaches to wear-time etc, and if other devices/PE were beneficial to our extending hours.

Of course, feel free to create your own table for other extenders if you wish.

Ah, is that the general consensus? that different brands of extenders give different results? I was under the impression that they virtually all work under the same principle and that the only real contributing factors to determine results, concerning the extender of course, were how many hours worn per day and at what traction force.

Thanks for replying. Since the thread is about how we can maximize our own gains I thought we can add information about wearing time on ech side. Personally I change after feeling discomfort at the base (about 2-3 h). Phallosan recommendations : 1 day each side. Maybe there is correlation especially for no gainers ? Finnally, when I reach 500 hour (by the end of this year) mark I will provide more data. :)

Nope, I did the same buddy, switch side after a few hours when the base was sore and gained very well. A lot of other members follow the same protocol too :)

Woot!. I'm 450 hours in, and I've measured 1/4" larger for NBPEL and BPEL the past week. I waited to be sure it was consistent. Girth remains unchanged.

still doing 65ish hours/week. I lessened my tension a lot though, i had really red/dry glans that peeled like crazy.

Woot!. I'm 450 hours in, and I've measured 1/4" larger for NBPEL and BPEL the past week. I waited to be sure it was consistent. Girth remains unchanged.

still doing 65ish hours/week. I lessened my tension a lot though, i had really red/dry glans that peeled like crazy.

So cool. Everybody seems to gain more or less. Am planning to get one soon but ex.. have to save some money for this.

Gains: 0 (just started this week, so stats above are 'starting')

Usage: Variable, although I am aiming for 4-6 hours a day, likely with 1 rest day (figure at least 1 day a week I won't have the time to commit to the PF)

Additional PE: Manual stretching, jelqing, and Bathmate

First of all. Happy New Year! ;)
I apologize in advance for language errors.
I have got sick and had to take some breaks, so I reach only 450 total hours.
Sit back, relax and read.

Heigh 188 cm
Weight 82.3 kg
Bodyfat 14,8 %
Age 24
Bodytype: skinny fat


Results:
0 gains ***


Starting measurment:
BPEL: 14,5 cm / 5,7 inch

Body state / supplements:
During this time, I have lost 5.2 kg weight and 2,5 % bodyfat. So I was clearly on a calloric deficit.
I was taking L-Arginine 500 mg after 250 hour mark. Everyday drank coffee for the first month and rarely on the seccond.
Once caught a cold.
Before measurment I did not take arginine to have a more accurate measurement.
Force first month was "half green", and the sencond "high green".


I was waiting with this post, to not mess up peoples new years resolutions.
I'm very disappointed. :(

Week 0: 21 hrs (accommodation)
Week 1: 52 hrs (1 day rest - drinking )
Week 2: 53 hrs (1 day rest - tunica pain )
Week 3: 67 hrs (no rest)
Week 4: 63 hrs (no rest)
Week 5: 59 hrs (1 day rest - erection pain )
Week 6: 38 hrs (2 day rest - strong tunica pain unable to wear )
Week 7: 36 hrs (1 day rest - got sick )

Great news. Today my unit look like came out from hyperbolic time chamber. New shinny new skin etc ... and ... made some gains but for me its is my measuring error. Got really i mean really hard and got 15 cm / 5,9 cal BPEL so its possible i have gain. If this continues and I gain again some more later this means it is working !!! :eek:

Hey All,

I'm new to the forum and was hoping to be part of the progress log. I'm currently waiting on my PF to arrive but was wondering how do I go about gathering initial measurements properly. Thanks.

OK so i have recieved my PF today, have cleaned up and took initial measurments.. BP(not streched) 4.5in girth 4.5in. will update again and track everything but will not measure again untill month 3.

i highly recommend you try to wear it like 10 hours a day for the best results.
@kickinthemebs you can also add me. I'm closing in on around 80 hours, but won't do any measuring before I hit 1000 hours.
