decided to finally join the club

decided to finally join the club

Well i've been doing beginners workout for about 3 weeks. I was pretty excited to get started and really look forward to my workouts and especially what I will get out of them. I am just throwing a little caution to the wind and keeping it pretty light right now. I only have one and I wanna keep it healthy. But I can already physicaly tell that it is becoming used to the streches it just feels stronger and more comfortable. I am here to just gain more knowlege of the matter, and I want my results to just be safe and healthy. So that leads me to a couple questions.

1. Are results permanent?

2. Are their natural vitamins I can take to help growth, just regular ones like vatimin C. Not big package ones like they have on the internet?

3. If you have just one very important piece of advice you could give what would it be?

4. Could you tell me about your favorite routine that you stick to, or do you guys just keep trying to mix it up?

Thats about it. Thanks guys for any feedback. And really appreciate having a site like this to turn to. Im here to stay, be here for the long haul.

Hello

Hi, I am new to this stuff and always wondered if it worked. I have heard of it before but never tried it. I have been doing the beginers guide for about a month. My only obstacle is I can only do it on my days off. I have three off one week and four the next. I work at it on my off days so progress is slow but it is happening. One problem I have is it makes me want to masterbate when I am done with the work out. Is this ok? or should I wait a while? I don't want to hinder progress and I have only seen aout a 1/4 of an inch in length maybe more, and definitley have increased girth. I don't know how much because I didn't measure girth before I started, oops. If I had more personal time I know I would have seen more. Anyhow thanks for the help and I will let you know of my progress.

Hi,

I signed up a few days ago and thought it was about time that I posted!

I'm 29 years old and started researching PE exercises back in December. I started around 2 weeks ago and aim to measure myself after about a month or so of "working out".

I'm a realist. I know that Rome wasn't built in a day and with anything, sometimes less is more (well to start with anyway). I quite into my body building and I'll apply the same training methodology with my PE. This includes, listening to your body, eating properly, taking sensible supplements and allowing sufficient rest time.

I've been taking Omega 3 for my healthy fats and L-arginine for my cell volumiser for my gym workouts for a while now, so hopefully these will assist in my PE.

My current routine is - 5 mins hot wrap / 5 mins or so of stretching / 200 jelqs (3 second strokes) / 5 mins hot wrap to cool down. I do this 3 days on and 1 day off and I'm not getting any negative PI's, so I'll continue on this route (unless anyone else suggests otherwise).

I also Kegal a lot and everytime I visit the mens room, I do a few JAI-Stretches. One question I do have though is, on my days off, should I JAI-Stretch or Kegal, or is it better just to leave it along all together for one day?

This type of thinking is exactly what you need. You'll fit right in here :)

As for your question, I would stick with leaving your off days as complete rest days - at least for the first month or so. Your penis, like your muscles, needs rest to grow bigger and stronger. In the future - once you become more comfortable PEing - you'll be able to possibly change this.

Today was my second workout. 20 year old. I am very happy I found this place. After seeing stats I guess Im average... but no one wants to be average... 5.5L x 5.2 G. Longterm goal 8 x 6.5 possible? I think so, but my more realistic goal is to make 6 in length by June, and increase the strength of my erections. A few questions, when jelqing is it a good idea to hold the base with one hand (not gripped just to keep the skin taut) while jelqing with the other? I noticed this seems to make the veins bulge more (more bloodflow?) and makes the glans swell more on each stroke. Also haven't been doing this long enough to know results, but it seems that i need porn to stay erect enough to Jelq (overstimulation?) is it a problem to masturbate this early on?

skoorbgib, I described basic jelqing in the beginners routine.
The whole purpose of the Jelq is to move the blood bulge. You want to
grip with the OK grip as close to the pelvic bone as you can, slide up the shaft to the glans pushing the blood ahead of your hand. When you reach the glans, it will be totally engorged, hold the grip and start the other hand up. When halfway up with the second hand, release the grip with the first and move it back to the base of your shaft.
Don't worry about holding the skin back. The skin on your penis needs to stretch also, to allow new girth and length growth. JP

Hi everyone

I am new here and am interested in the programs that i see here. I am going to give the 90 day beginners program a try and see what happens. Hopefully the results will be in my favor. I will let you know when i get results to post. i am glad that i found the site have been looking for a site without all the pricing and bull that goes with it.

Hey everyone,

I am new in here, I am so happy to find a place like pegym. I'm sorry to say that I've been living with a short one and it sucks... mainly in everything related to self confidence, from sex to lots of different things in life.

All my life I've been reading about penis pills and different enlarging stuff, but never gave them a try. I thought I was too old to start something but told to myself, what the heck, lets do it. I hope I can finally achieve my dream of gaining at least a few mm both ways.

Hi Comrades in PE!
My desire to enlarge my true friend began the day i cried like never in my whole 38 years.And you know when a man cries it has to be deeply emotional thing!
this was a catalyst for change and i m on a mission to be the best i can be.I refuseto swallow the orthodoxy that you can t enlarge your precious friend.
My main problem now is curling: just when i think i got hope when a strech it and it hangs lower and meatier it curls right back and becomes like an accordion and boy does it hurt! yes the accordion effect: like someone forcing my penis back hard into its base.Does anyone know about this ? is there anything i can do about this excessive form of curling? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Optimistikk: As for your problem, how hard are you stretching? You may want to try stretching with a lighter grip.

I'm from Portugal and mi english is minimum, so i have some dificulty to undersatand and follow the instrutions, and a little afraid of cause damage to my pennis because of that.
My stats are 12,50cm (4.9inch) X 13cm (5.1inch) aND

Thanks JonPop. I strated the beginners programs yesterday. I came to this because im noticed a softer erections in the last 4 months and a big dificulty to ejaculate. Sometimes i spend almost one hour until i reach the peak and im only 30 of age. Since that one of the main efects of the PE is harder wood i decided give a try. Afther the first session the skin near the end of the pennis was full of small red dots but i thynk that was normal since they desapear just a 2 hours later. My fears are, since i use to have sex very frequently (4 to 6 times a week), the PE program can afect that?

To Remek, i believe i ve ben stretching hard out of sheer desperation to get big.I also noticed that immediately after a warm up session of 10 t0 15 minutes my penis < accordions> fast i can actually see it shriveling up it goes right then left and turtles up the same way a turtle retract its head inside its shell.I also that it gets cold fast.I asked someone and he said basically i have weak erection which is true.I ve been under a lot of stress and rarely get an erction and thats even with the help of 2g of arginine taken before bed time on an empty stomach.Again thank you remek for your concern .
