Hi there, i got an x40 extreme couple of months back and things going well, I think. I have noticed that my pump length started around 6.2 and I now pump to 7.1. Im not sure if this is a genuine gain or just me getting used to the device and becoming more stretchy. Any views on this and I assume the measuring gauge is only accurate at max pressure?

I have bought Bathmate hercules 3 weeks ago. I am 6.5 BPEL and 5.25 EG when I started.In the first 2 weeks I was doing it easy and pumped to 16cm. I was happy with the progress as my EG has increased to 5.5 although I havn't noticed or measured significant length increased although slight increased was observed. EQ has increased as well. But seeing people here with 6.5 BPEL hitting 18, encouraged me to push for more. Last 3-4 days I pumped to 16.5 easily but problem started today. I was following all procedures like warmup, stretching , jelq. Today I did all the warmups, stretching and Jelq for 10 min then BM to 16.5 for 5 min in warm water, released pressure, jelq again for another 5 min, then increased pressure and hit to 17, stayed there for 5 min. I felt increased pressure and no discomfort except I was feeling a little bit on right side of penis after 5 min. Immediately I released but found engorged dorsal vein right side of penis and like a ring just below the penis head that is perpendicular to the main dorsal vein of the penis. My erection was ok. Does anyone has similar issue or problem? Did I damaged my penis? If I can damage my penis so easily with hercules, isnt X30 or X40 put more pressure? I will rest for 2-3 days. I will appreciate any advice and suggestion.
I bought an x30 about a month ago and things were all working fine.... up until 2 days ago. I cant seem to get a proper seal anymore. Has anyone else had this problem? In the beginning I could get a good seal just about every time, but the last two days I just cant get it to seal... at all! I insert, press it up to my body, then pump but I get no seal at all. Any help would be great as I am getting very frustrated. Thanks

Hey ffinn, you have to gradually move up in pressure. Others hitting that mark may inspire you to try more, but don't let what they do at the moment make you go faster than you should, Take it easy, progress slowly, and don't rush into higher levels than you should at the moment.
The X models are designed a little differently, but both can pushed beyond safe limits if used improperly and impatiently.
Yes, sounds like a doughnut and overexpansion. nothing that won't heal in time. Take some rest time to heal completely, whether it be a couple days or more. Then make sure to continue at a moderate level as you go forward.

Check the comfort ring, and trim pubic hair if needed. That may or may not attribute to the loss of seal.
Hi, thank you for your reply. The problem seems to be that it is pulling the scrotum and with it the testicles towards, and if I don't stop them, into the pump. I was circumcised as an adult and he took too much skin which means my scrotal skin has attached itself to the shaft much higher up than was previous. This, when using the pump just makes it too painful and I cannot get near my normal erect length as the suction is too much. Never mind, I guess it not for me, thanks for help anyway.
Hi, Yeah I have tried with the comfort ring both on and off, and there is not much hair down there to get in the way either...

i bought a X40 and wish I would have got a Goliath. First the rubber is much harder on the base , I don't think much of the comfort ring. I think it just leaks. Without the comfort ring the plastic is hard enough to be uncomfortable.
On top of that my valve is not working properly after just a few weeks. The device won't hold does sure. Just leaks water out the front.

Ok, me again. So went to use the bathmate again today and after trying for a good half an hour!! I couldnt get a seal again. What could be going on? am I using it wrong or is it faulty? the only way I could get any kind of seal was when I pumped it and held it down, then moved the latch to the locked position again.
what happens when I try to use it is that when I pump it to try and get a seal, the water and air gets pushed out, the black part at the bottom compresses but then goes back to the starting position. there is no seal. its almost like when the water gets pumped out it pushes the latch at the top out too far so that it wont seal? I have no idea, but it is very frustrating. I think the bathmate has potential to make changes for me but I just cant get it to work consistantly

well it seems that when i pump it down, to try and get a seal, it doesnt stick. the water and air gets pushed out the top as if the suction is being created, but then there is no seal...
hi all my measurements are just over 7" bpel and 5.5 meg i have had a look at the bathmate website i think the best size for me would be the hydromax x40 would anyone in the know agree with this?

I ordered the x30 a few weeks ago and am very happy with my purchase. However, I didn't realize the xtreme versions came with a hose with a handpump.
I am interested in purchasing just the hose as the accessory, but it doesn't seem any bathmate sites offer just those hose and handpump.
Is there any way to buy that directly from you?

I have a question. Why do some people say they can't do too much of the bathmate? What exactly are the symptoms so to speak that cause some guys to say they can only do so much? Can it cause breathing difficulty or any issues with circulation?

This is because the bathmate is an intense exercise. Doing it too much can lead to general overtraining and negative PIs. Specifically to the bathmate, too much can lead to edema and too much fluid buildup.

Let me first say I have no prior PE experience. I'm looking to add maybe a length to my eg, a longer flacid length and maybe a inch in girth. Nothing to drastic.

The hand pump and hose can only be used on the extreme models. The valves are different between the 30x and the 30x Extreme. So goes the same for the 40x models. They are not interchangeable.

Sounds like a good choice. I think the 30 could still be used for a time, but I think the 40 would give the best long term investment.
