Hey I am never new to these concepts. I actually just stumbled onto this site. I believe my erection is 4.5 and I am never measured my girth.

Lets see if i have this right i have to
1. Measure
1. P. Length
2. P. Girth

2. Next have a goal of increase

3. Exercise

If someone can help me through this it would I would appreciate it. Thank you and look forward to hearing back from someone if not several.

Ok so the measurements are in and I was surprised

P Length erect - 5
P Girth erect - 5
P Length soft - 3
P Girth soft 2.25

Thank you remek for the website I am still reading it.

What I am doing:
5 minutes of warm up (usually a shower but might start hot compress)
5 stretch up
5 stretch down
5 stretch right
5 Stretch left
(I have also heard that you can do upper right, lower right, upper left and lower left but I think I will wait a few more months before I do that)
200 jelqing
5 minutes of cool down (usually in the shower or hot compress)

One question I have is how do I stop getting erect during stretches. I have to stop alot to allow my erection to go down. Any techniques or suggestions?
