Slanker, I took L-Argining for 3 or 4 months (500 mg/day) and had really good results. Meaning, longer fuller flaccid, increased libido and increased spontaneous erections. As of earlier this week, I had not taken any in about 3 months. I started with 1 gram on Monday and have had morning wood two days in a row after starting back. This is the first time I can remember having morning wood in weeks, maybe months. I give L-Arginine two thumbs up.
I have not take Pycnogenol but have some on order and will let you know how it works for me.
