i did exercises for 6 months and had "good" gains. after that he just quit growing. i did jelks, streaches and at the end even dick pump to see if he would keep growing (with no sucksess). is ther any hope for me? thankeyou

hey, thank you for your reply. i did jelks for 15 minutes and streches for about 10 5 days a week. l would previosly warm up and plenty vitamin-c and suplement vitamins

Marc, did you keep the same intensity and time for the entire 6 months?

I have been actively PEing for about 18 months.

hey iguana,
yes, the same intensity and wen he stoped growing i tryed doing for longer time, pull harder, and squees harder. tryed all combinations. i have been inactive for more than a year now and would like to start again (if can get any growth). i would like to start knowing first if ther is any hope for me and get on a good routeen and know if it realy is going to work or if i am just going to wast my time.sorry my speling is not very good, i am form spain and my inglish is a bit rusty. thanke you for your interest.

Marc, often an extended break will do the trick. If you have been inactive for more than a year your growth may just start right back up. I would start out on the newbie routine and add a cool down in and see what happens. If you don't get any results in a few weeks start upping the repetitions and intensity. I definitely don't think you are hopeless.

thankyou for your reply. i will startup on newbie routines again and see if he takes off. i´m not sure wat a cool down is. with pe gym there is a lot of things i have not heard of. i´m glad i found this plan.

very interesting, all that about cool down! wen i first started doing exercises i never heard about cool down. the only recomendation was warm down. reading the article you posted it dose not make sence to warm down. it probably even slows growth!! i will try cool downs. thank you again.

Marc, I think most of us were encouraged to warm down at the beginning. Although cooling down has been used and recommended by a few individuals the PE community as a whole has not been educated as to it's potential benefits.
