Good man I think every beginners biggest regret will be not having before pictures to compare your results to, I know I regret it anyway
Let the world figure it out for themselves. Why do you guys want to make this place even more crowded than it is?
Are you serious right now? It is kind of a bummer to read that specially from an admin. Having pictures and a detailed log to help prove how effective PE can only be a good thing.
It helps to improve the amount of data we have available to choose and apply the best and most effective kinds of exercises. It brings awareness to people, helping others prevent and treat injuries. It even makes sites like this more popular which in turn can make people money by selling more and better products and with ads money.
If you think this forum is crowded there are a lot of ways adminstrators can limit this without restricting read access. I am sorry but what you said sounded a lot like someone who doesn't want attention to their scam.
First of all, there is no scam here, and the Staff (Admins and Mods) are doing a great job keeping this place running well!
Some members choose to upload their photo album, others don't, feel free to do so yourself if you want to.
Gains are yours to make and keep, no one asks for anything in return, also you need to follow exercise and safety instructions carefully to gain in the first place, no amount of proof will work unless you try, and no amount of denial will prevent anyone form gaining, if they follow correct procedure.
Take a closer look around, you will find progress logs, and success stories all over the place, but you need to try for yourself to gain.
Keep a positive attitude, and PE for size, health and EQ, skepticism is not entirely a bad thing, just don't let it blind you, or falsely accuse someone without proof.
All members here donate their time, expertise and efforts to keep a positive and healthy environment for all to share for free, join the fun, and take part.![]()
I never said there is any scam going on here or that the admins responsible are doing a bad job. If can read again what I posted and see that for yourself.
What I am saying though is that it is really disapointing to see an admin dismiss a detailed report like that, as something bad. You are barking to the wrong tree here. Skeptiscism is not a bad thing because it is the main tool alongside curiosity to drive progress forward.
If ask doctors and researchers today about PE they would most likely warn you about the dangers of it and how it does not work at all. That does NOT mean what goes on here is wrong, it means the body of evidence is anecdotal at best.
Thinking back how much sports science has gained (specially in performance) in the few years real research was put into it makes me think these kinds of logs are exactly what we need to sparkle interest, and not bury it down like it was implied.
Having so many members here, means that PE works! :becky:
Try it out for yourself and see the results, rulers don't lie. :biggrin1:
As for doctors, there is no scientific research done on PE, as it will not return money on their investment, and the only cases urologists see are those who injure themselves, even if a doctor believes in PE, he/she can't say that to patients for fear of loosing their license.

I didn't do any pe since then, lost about 5 millimeters in length and girth.
Been doing the beginners routine for a month now and haven't seen any gains that I could class as permanent. Some days I seem to measure slightly longer (maybe a couple of mm), but then a week later I am back to starting length. Must depend on how far I am pressing into my pelvic bone.
Must admit I was starting to think about giving up. Seeing this post has motivated me to keep going and commit to atleast 3 more months to see if I can achieve any real gains
