Hi there, I jelqued incorrectly by pulling back my skin and not jelqing the skin at the base of my penis. Now i have weaker erections. Should I just jelq normally by remembering to jelq the skin at the base of my penis? Does that sound correct guys? Thanks

What do you mean by pulling back the skin? If you mean pulling the foreskin away to uncover the glans and then jelqing then thats surely fine?

Well, I mean by pulling everything that is loose back on my penis. When I do that the base skin is pulled way back and I started my jelq pretty much at the base of my penis, but my base skin was not jelqued.

You do not jelq your skin, the point of the jelq stroke is to move blood through the chambers inside your penis, as Workin_4_it described it before, imagine your penis is a tube with tubes inside of it, now the outer tube is your tunica and the inner tubes are the CC and CS chambers. When you jelq, blood expands those inner tubes as it increases the pressure your penis can withstand so slowly, over time there is more room for expansion thus growth. :)

You jelq over your skin, not the skin itself.

If you got weaker erection after jelqing, then maybe you did one or more of the following:

- Used a tight grip for jelqing.
- Stretched too hard.
- Jelqed at a high erection level.
- Too many reps.
- Jelqed or stretched the glans.
- Overtrained your PC muscle.

Take rest and do not do any of the above when you jelq next time. :)

MrB8, Are you sure that i shouldnt worry about jelqing the skin at the base of my penis? If I pull everything that is loose back and just jelq the internal area of my penis will that be a correct jelq? Thanks

You jelq over your skin, the pressure applied moves the blood inside your penis through the internal chambers and expands them.

Do you know what I mean by pulling everything that is loose back on my penis and jelqing? Thank you. Are you sure this could be correct? Thanks

When I was jelqing I was not jelqing the skin at the base of my penis. Will this still work? Thank you

If you mean that you are using one hand to keep your skin held back at the base of your penis, and jelq with the other then you are doing it correctly. :)

The only exception is that you said above that you use a tight grip, which is not safe, and is the cause of your low EQ. :)

Ok. Thank you very much. Do you think I can get a correct jelq in without jelqing the skin at the base of my penis?

Yes, and you do not jelq the skin, you jelq the chambers inside your penis. :)

You are welcome. :)

MrB8, I am not sure. I think the skin might be necessary to do a jelq correctly.

I just dont know what I was doing wrong. Is it still a correct jelq if my skin does not move upward at all when I jelq? If it stays in one place will the jelq still work?

Your tight grip was the problem, skin will not do you harm if you jelq with it pulled back. :)

When I jelq, it never feels like I am moving blood up. It just feels like i am putting pressure around my penis
