30/10 Had a good session in the evening followed by maybe 15 minutes or so of edging but then my EQ started to get very low (probably due to being quite tired). I was tucked-up in bed by 21:00 ... :sleep:

31/10 Gains :D

So just to recap ... I did 2 months of JP90 at the start of the year but then had a 6 month break due to time constraints and I have now just completed my third month of JP90. I have also been pumping with a Bathmate X40 since the middle of October.

Well, I knew that I had made some girth gains but wasn't too sure about length. So this morning I did some brief stretching and some jelqing and then edged to a nice hard erection. In the 3 months of training my BPEL has gone from 15.2cm >> 16.5cm (6 >> 6.5 inches) and my girth has increased from 13.0cm >> 13.6cm (5.1 inches >> 5.35 inches). To say that I am happy is an understatement :D :D In fact i was SO happy that I just had to wank and cum :)

I'd like to think that I can reach BPEL 6.75 inches by the end of the year and maybe get close to 5.5 inches girth?

Upwards and onwards ..... :)

01/11 Hit the gym with a vengeance this morning and followed this with 3 * 4 minutes of pumping at a low/medium level.

I started my evening JP90 session and got halfway through my stretching but I was then interrupted and didn't have time to complete it :(

Thanks popol :) Yep this routine seems to suit me fine so I'm just going to continue and see where it takes me by the end of the year :D

02/11 Another great gym workout this morning followed by some more Bathmate pumping where I slightly increased the time but kept to a pretty average pressure.

Actually had some nice free time in the evening so my JP90 session was un-interrupted :) I feel that I have less 'elasticity' when I stretch to the right (against my natural curve) so I hold these stretches for anywhere between 40-60 seconds while also applying the heated rice sock. The jelqing part of my routine was once again fantastic and those UV jelqs are just amazing, leaving me with a relatively thick and heavy flaccid :D

03/11 I'm pretty much waking up at least 3 or 4 times every night with a hard-on and I can't remember the last time that I was ever like this :D

Hit the gym again this morning and followed this with another session of pumping. I did 3 * 4 minutes and varied the pressure, maxxing out at 16.5 with the comfort ring attached.

My evening JP90 session was a mixed bag. During the stretching I had a few twinges so maybe I was pulling a bit too hard and therefore I intend to drastically lower the intensity of my stretches over the next few sessions. However the jelqing was great again :) I followed this with 20 minutes or so of edging and my erection has never been so big and hard :D

04/11 Slightly increased my pumping time to 3 * 5 minutes at a mixture of pressures. Didn't get any adverse effects and it felt great :) I'll probably experiment with the time and pressure over the next few days/weeks as it seems as though I could still pump for slightly longer and also increase the pressure as I progress?

I tried some edging in the afternoon but my EQ fluctuated wildly and I think that it was down to a combination of my PE and my gym activity as once again I was in bed by 21:00.

05/11 I woke up quite early this morning and was feeling quite horny so I took the opportunity to edge for 30 minutes which was quite nice and EQ was a constant 9+.

Another morning gym workout followed by some pumping. I've been using the Bathmate in the bath for my last few sessions and all has been great. However this morning I used it standing up and I'm still having problems with the seal on the body. I'm shaved smooth and not carrying a lot of fat and I've tried with and without the comfort pad but it's just not as good as using it in the bath. Whatever I try air seems to leak in from the base. I haven't tried the vaseline trick as yet so I might give that a go tomorrow or be resigned to just using it in the bath :(

It wasn't convenient to do the jelqing part of my JP90 session but I did the stretching at a much lower intensity and with plenty of heat and it felt great :)

06/11 More wood again in the night and this morning so I did 30 minutes of edging at an EQ of around 8/9+ before I got out of bed. Did 30 minutes on the spinner and then did my pumping in the bath which once again felt real good :)

As I work from home I've also been throwing in some seated fowfers when I remember as these give a nice stretch while working :)

Made every effort to get some private time for my JP90 and actually started with some standard jelqing for around 10 minutes. I then followed this with 10 minutes of edging and then into my heating/stretching routine.

07/11 Started the morning with 30 minutes on the spinner bike and then did some pumping in a nice hot bath. Slightly increased my time and had a very nice pump indeed :)

10/11 Had an enforced rest day yesterday (hangover from hell!).

Did my pumping session in the bath this morning and then tried for another DO which was kinda partially succesful and I followed this with some quick masturbation until I cum again :)

Evening JP90 based session was good again. I mixed-up my stretching session and did it while listening to some music, watching TV and even played a bit of guitar in betweeen sets, so I didn't time each of my stretches, I just went with the flow and continually applied heat. This seemed to work really well :) Unfortunately I didn't have the privacy to do my jelqs :(

11/11 Had a day off from the Bathmate today as I've pretty much done 23 straight sessions and hit my maximum length yesterday :D

Used my rice sock during the day to keep my flaccid nice and plump and also did some seated fowfers. Evening JP90 based routine was good again. I slightly increased my jelqing time to 12 minutes of slow standard jelqs and 12 minutes of UV jelqs. I also added 2 * 30 seconds of tunica tugs, the stretch where you hold the base using a V grip and gently stretch with the other hand, isolating the tunica insead of the ligs :)

Every time that I PE I imagine that I'm just trying to encourage an extra 1mm (or even 0.5mm) of length and girth from my penis. This helps me to concentrate on my technique and keeps my motivation high, as those small increments soon add up!

Finished the evening with 20 minutes of edging just before I went to sleep :)

12/11 Last night's edging certainly did the trick as I woke up with the biggest hard-on I've had for ages :)

Morning Bathmate session went well and I increased the duration but kept the pressure quite low.

Evening JP90 based session went well again but my rice sock has seen better days so new rice & sock needed tomorrow.

Finished the day with 25 minutes of edging before going to sleep.

15/11 More great wood overnight and this morning :)

Had another Bathmate session this morning although I had to do it in the bath again as I can't seem to stop the air leakage when I try and use it standing, which is a bit annoying :mad:

I did some seated fowfers during the day as I worked and my flaccid looked longer than ever :)

16/11 I did a bit of wanking/edging last night before I went to sleep and once again had a nice hard-on when I woke up this morning.

The strange thing is that as I finished my edging and my erection subsided my cock started to feel quite small.
