Long time PE'r but new to this site. Over the years, even 10+ years ago, I dabbled with jelqing even if my motivation failed. In mid-2012 I began doing jelqs, manual stretches and light penis pump work. I kept this routine going for over a year and I took a break this past April since I felt I hit a plateau. Over that time I really didn't gain much, perhaps .5" in length and probably not even that much in girth. I blame this mainly on the fact that during the time my testosterone levels were below 200 and getting hard enough to do proper jelqing was virtually impossible. However, thankfully now due to testosterone shots I'm at a normal level and while I can get erections my EQ and libido are pretty terrible. My urologist and endocrinologist just shrug at me when I ask what could still be wrong...so therefore I'm returning to PE full time. Since April I have really only just used the penis pump 2-3 times a week in mild-moderate sessions...nothing I would really consider a 'true' workout. So considering all this, now that I plan to return doing PE full-time I have a concern.

Basically the whole point of this is to ask how I should assess myself. Taking the break since April and only doing mild pumping, do I need to be extra careful for the full 3 months like a brand new PE'r? I'm trying to take it slow at this point but considering I'm trying to work on the various kegel exercises and the JP90 routine, I figure I should ask any pros how I should approach this situation. Considering I have very unreliable erections due to my hormone problems, judging my workouts on PIs,NIs feels like a guessing game at this point. Perhaps one last question I have is for anybody that started off with terrible EQ, how long did it take doing the kegel routines to start noticing erection improvements? Thanks for reading this short novel :)

Hey Lawlstorm!!

Welcome to the Gym.

if you haven't done so already, it would be a good idea to https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginn...fore-you-post-maximize-your-success-here.html. There is a lot of good information that may be of help to you.

i recommend you start the JP90 program, but increase the activity at a faster pace than recommended. If you see improvement in your EQ and/or PIs you may want to consider more advanced routines sooner than three months. I suffer from ED and found that pulse pumping and pumping routine broken up with Ulis helped somewhat with my EQ.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Welcome lawlstorm. You may want to work on improving your testosterone levels in a more natural way. Here is a list of things you can incorporate into your lifestyle which will help.

Ketogenic Diet (You need fat and cholesterol in your diet to product testosterone)
Power Lifting (dead lifts, squats, clean & jerk) (but don’t over train)
HIIT Cardio (Don’t over train)
Lower Stress (Meditation really helps)
Get more Sleep (8+ of good quality sleep per night if possible)
Supplements (Cod Liver Oil, Vitamin D3, Zinc)
Cut out the caffeine, alcohol, and recreational drugs
Avoid xenoestrogens (Store your leftovers in glassware, never cook your food in plastic, avoid exposure to pesticides and gasoline, eat organic as much as possible, avoid BPA)
Have as much sex as possible (You’ve got to love this one!)
Take cold baths/showers (as cold as you can tolerate)

Thanks for the testosterone tips but I'm out of luck. My pituitary gland is flattened and doesn't signal the production properly. I've actually done everything but the extra sex and got no results. Injections have been all I can do at this point. I'm just hoping more hormones don't start getting defective :/

My testosterone is on the lower end (about 300) and I find that a prostate massager helps improve EQ.

Assess where your morning wood, erection quality is presently.
You could proceed with the JP90 or other conditioning routine. If after a months time, you have no degradation of
MW/EQ, you could advance somewhat.

This is my best conclusion based on your time off/history. You just want to avoid making any facet worse, which can often, be way tooooooooooooo easy.

I'll have to go look that up. Not sure what to expect with a name like prostate massager but I'll try anything at this point. My doctors told me 350 would be considered bottom of the barrel for "acceptable" but once I hit 300 I started feeling better overall not just dick-wise. If you get any lower expect to have problems. I started off with 180 and getting an erection was a feat of strength. Basically an event that required photo evidence.
