2) a 2"x8" strip of cotton cloth

I really wish we could get some more guys that hang to try what-a-grip. Now that I'm using an ADS every once in a while, I'll have to go get some.

What-A-Grip come in a strip 1.750" x 7.00". What I do is roll it up like a donut and stretch it so you can put over the shaft of the penis. As a rule I keep it on all day after my routine of hanging. This helps keep the penis shaft long and help keep the ligs stretched. After Jelqing I put it back on because I have noticed it helps with fluid build up, which gathers under the glan of the penis.

Really, you just slide it over your penis? I'm thinking it might work well for an ADS (to keep the penis enlongated).

I think that you would like wearing it to keep the penis elongated,also using it for your ADS. I wear it under my PE weights so they don't pinch the shaft. I even wear it all day long and even through the night, because it expands and you don't have to worry about being to tight even when you have an erection through out the morning hours. I actually don't use any underwrap.
I use a 2" by 18" piece of cloth from a T-Shirt for my wrap and use the Bib Hanger.

Many men don't use any wrap with the BIB. I presume it's because the gel-padding makes it fairly easy on the skin. Sometimes it can cause bad discoloration, though. Have you experienced any negative side effects from not using a wrap?

Thanks for the welcome! It is my pleasure to be here.
Reason I wrap is because the gel sticks to my skin and it's hell when I take the Bib hanger off. Meaning I don't know where the skin stops and the hanger begins!
So, I wrap about 1" back from the glands very loose. Then I tighten up as I wrap down toward the shaft. This way I can hang 15 plus pounds without feeling much skin grab. It also reduces the pinch on the topside of my dick when I apply heavy weights.
As far as discoloration is concerned. Any PE I do discolors my dick but when I lay off PE for a month or two it reduces to a point where it's not noticeable. Discoloration is mostly on the bottom side of my dick.
Lots of guys are very concerned about discoloration of their penis and I understand this. Looks like I will be discolored to a point for the rest of my life but it's not a major distraction from the length and girth the ladies love. In fact, I've never had a lady say "My god! You are discolored!".

Hey Remek, saw all the discussion about hanging here and you seem to know a lot. I was just wondering if you (or anyone else) could tell me how long I should wait until I start hanging and when I do do you recommend I read about it from here? I'm not planning on starting to hang any time soon since I've only been doing PE for two weeks, but what is the soonest I can start. Also wondering regarding clamping (for when I eventually start) can you do all your PE exercises on the same day? Or would you clamp on one of your off days where you don't stretch/jelq ect. Oh and I saw that What A Grip thing you had and got a kick out of it. I play tennis and my mom picked me up one of those the other day to try on my racket lol. Id say you guys get more use out of it at home, b/c it sure sucks balls on a tennis racket =P
