Im been into PE since 18 years old I been on off because of an unknown injury. Now 25 yr old, the injury peyronie, reduced my length and girth multiple times. I will focus on removing or reducing peyronie before PE and regaining my length which was above 9 inches and 5.5 girth. Afterward I will target 11 inches.

ATM I think im 8 BPEL and 5 girth. I will post my starting length after remeasuring at the end of August. (My measurement is only curve length base. I want both curve measurement and non curve measurement.)
This is my plan (Btw I already started the plan.).

Present Plan.
  • Warm up. 5-10 mins
  • Manual Stretch. 6 mins, Total. ; 30 sec duration;;
  • Warm down or Edging. 5-20 mins
  • Take addition rest days when I feel overtrained.
  • Supplement Cayenne Pepper. <--- for blow flow and vitamins (Mainly Vitamin E for peyronie.).
  • Hip stretches. <--- For blood flow and anterior pelvic tilt
  • Avoid clenching PC.
  • Reduce sexual activity.
  • No porn at all.

Starting

  • NBPEL 7.93

Short Term Goal
  • Gain NBPEL 8.25

Long Term Goal

  • 11 Inches. under 5.5 Girth.
  • Powerful erection.
  • Strong PC muscle.

Injuries
  • Peyronies
  • Anterior Pelvic tilt

End Of September Measurement.
BPEL = 8.06"
NBPEL = 8.53"
EG = 5.14"

I read PESG thread. It inspire me to take it easy and dont rush it. Light stretches can carry one to victory. :) ... I felt my last stretches I applyed too much force. :(

Anyway I will take this stuff more serious. My routine will be involve more method for the PE . I added.

  • 20 mins Edging at the end of session.
  • 10 mins Warm up with a warm water in a cup .
  • Basic stretch with more angles (Left, Right, straight out, Up ward, Left and right circle)

Thoughts. I think will a fast gain. Why?
1. Edging I feel it is a great way speeding up the healing process.
2. I used to have 12 O clock LOT but I got in juried causing me to lose length, girth and EQ.

Also I will be adding a reward system. Ill reward myself for making a gain and for exercising constantly for every month.

  • Edging - 5 mins. Im sore from the had a erections I had for hours yesterday. I think long duration of erection may potentially worsen peyronie. I have been in this situation before. I have to be very careful or I will make things worse.

I may rest for multiple days again. :(. This is annoying. I cant wait until I find the right duration for all of these activities.

From the pain I gain from yesterday. I realize I shouldnt kegel. Kegel was involved each time I suffered an injury. I should have linked kegels to the clenching stuff the dude said in peyronies forums. He said avoid clenching during any sexual activities, peeing or general.

Also I have anterior pelvic tilt. I wonder if I can make any gain becuz of it. I think I can. I just need to maintain my rehabilitation program while PEing.

I decided to quit edging. It is troubling because it increase my chance to masturbate and when I do, I do it wrong. I plan on not touching the peyronie spot during masturbation but I failed that numerous times. In addition, edging increase my chance to relapse into xxx. I will miss edging. I felt it was great for reshaping. Oh well. :(
