Im been into PE since 18 years old I been on off because of an unknown injury. Now 25 yr old, the injury peyronie, reduced my length and girth multiple times. I will focus on removing or reducing peyronie before PE and regaining my length which was above 9 inches and 5.5 girth. Afterward I will target 11 inches.
ATM I think im 8 BPEL and 5 girth. I will post my starting length after remeasuring at the end of August. (My measurement is only curve length base. I want both curve measurement and non curve measurement.)

- Warm up. 5-10 mins
- Manual Stretch. 6 mins, Total. ; 30 sec duration;;
- Warm down or Edging. 5-20 mins
- Take addition rest days when I feel overtrained.
- Supplement Cayenne Pepper. <--- for blow flow and vitamins (Mainly Vitamin E for peyronie.).
- Hip stretches. <--- For blood flow and anterior pelvic tilt
- Avoid clenching PC.
- Reduce sexual activity.
- No porn at all.

- Gain NBPEL 8.25
Long Term Goal
- 11 Inches. under 5.5 Girth.
