Hello fellow PE'ers!

So, I'm new to PE as well as this forum (but I've done a bunch of research of my own the past few years, so I have moderate knowledge on the topic), and I decided that it's time to stop reading and start doing.

Anyway, I've been looking at grabbing the Penomet Standard, but I can't seem to find any unbiased reviews of the pump. Most of the detailed reviews I've found so far sound suspiciously like Penomet Sales Reps who try to convince you to buy the most expensive one - Penomet Premium. Honestly, I find it hard to justify a massive ~$200 price increase over the standard for a few small, extra gaiters and a slightly longer warranty. I also e-mailed Penomet Customer Service and they say they have no plans to sell the Gaiters separately. Aside from that - do pumps really work for enlargement? The words scam and gimmick come to mind, but I'd like to hear from anyone with experience using these.

*My current stats are:

NBPFL: ~2.75"
BPFL: ~4"

NBPEL: ~6"
BPEL: ~6.3"

*My Goal is:

NBPEL: 7.5" max
EG: Not as important to me as length.

Is my length goal realistic? If yes, what can you recommend for manual exercises in conjunction with the pump (if manual exercises are necessary)? I haven't had a chance to measure Girth as I don't have a tape measure (I'll update when I do), but I would like to increase Girth as well as it isn't all that impressive.

Thanks and I welcome any advice/opinions.

Hi Jayce!

I have the Penomet pump, and it is definitely a very good pump. But I bought the premium package, with all of the gaiters. I worked up to their strongest gaiter, the red one. It has awesome suction force.

With most pumps, you can expect more in the expansion of GIRTH than length department. There will be some increases in length over time, but you will likely see more in terms of girth.

That being said, although the penomet is a very solid pump, it is definitely on the pricier side, so check out some other pumps as well, such as the bathmates, and air-pumps, before you plunk all that money down.

You will definitely want to add in some manual stretching, such as the JP90 program, if you want to maximize length gains, along with your pumping routine.

Would it even be worth getting just the Penomet Standard as it only comes with 1 Gaiter - the Black (Force 70) one? Even the standard at $127 is pretty pricey, but out of the water-based ones I've looked at, people tend to prefer the Penomet.

Are my growth goals realistic? What kind of length gains can I expect if I were to, for example, only use the Penomet by itself (ie: no manual stretcing) and what kind of time frame would I be looking at to see good gains? Come September, my life will be really busy and I likely won't not be able to do an hour of PE a day or even 30-45 minutes. Also, can you link the JP90 program or whatever so that I can take a look?

The fact that Penomet refuses to sell the different Gaiters separately (moderators on other forums kept saying that Penomet was planning on it, but I guess they aren't now) kind of puts me off a bit. To charge that much more than the Standard for a few small pieces of Silicone is pretty outrageous in my opinion. I read a review on another forum comparing one of the better Bathmates to the Penomet with one of the stronger gaiters attached and he admitted he couldn't tell a difference in suction power between the two.

Even though I really like my Penomet, if I had to do it all over again, I would probably not spend that much money for a pump, as there are other pumps out there that are just as effective, for a much cheaper cost.

Your goals, given enough time, patience and consistency, are achievable. It will definitely take some time though. PE is a long term regimen. The greatest gainers generally tend to be the folks who stick with it over an extended amount of time (months, years).

For your particular goals (mainly length), a pump is not the primary recommended mode of PE. Manual, multi-directional stretches (such as outlined in the JP90 protocol) and eventually HANGING, would be much better suited to length increases.

Okay, so what would you suggest equivalent to the Penomet in, for example, a Bathmate? I've had my mind set on the Penomet Standard for a while now, but what if I outgrow the suction of the only gaiter that comes with it? Would it essentially make the Penomet useless?

Regarding girth gains - I've read that pumps give amazing results for girth. Would the GF notice after say 3-6 months and 4-5 days a week of use? I want her pleasure expressions to be like "good god that so feels good", but I also want to experience it as if it was a nice, tight glove.

I want to avoid hanging, so I think I'll stick with manual only.

I would check out the threads on Bathmate here, and maybe list your particular stats on them, and ask some of the users which pump may be the best for you to start with.

Yeah, with consistency, you can easily gain a half inch in girth in 6 months to a years time. That is a VERY noticeable difference, both in the appearance of your penis, as well as the FEEL of it to your partner.

Yes, hanging is more of an advanced technique. Manual stretching will take you a long way (pun intended) well before you need to use additional, more advanced exercises.

I'm guessing you've had lady comments before you started PE and after? I definitely want to experience that, not just for the pleasure but to help boost my own confidence as well. I'm probably wrong, but I don't want it too big, girth wise, so that oral sex is too uncomfortable for her though (because honestly I find oral sex better than intercourse). I've read about women saying that guys that have too much girth makes it really hurt their jaw and they can't do it for long.

One other thing that comes to mind regarding cementing - does it truly work? I get both sides of the coin. 50% say that it's a myth and that if you quit PE'ing you will eventually return back to your original size and the other 50% swear that they've quit for a few years and they maintained their new size or only lost a very, very small amount. What are your thoughts?

Sorry, I've had so many questions in my back pocket for a long time and it's nice to finally have them answered.
