I saw a video in youtube where DLD say that is better both, but do the routine in different times at day, becouse girth exercises will help you in length and length exercise will help you in girth

I'm hanging exclusively for my PE right now. Light kegels too. I am definitely considering introducing some light clamping into the mix soonish since I got a couple clamps already with my Captn Wench.

I'd be a little concerned about gaining too much girth and that making length gains harder. I wouldn't even be entertaining the girth work if I wasn't already making some impressive length gains [started at 7 and almost 8].

So I guess the consensus is that I should be doing hanging only for now with maybe just two or three days of girth work for the week?

Length and girth exercises can work together for better gains. For one example- girth exercises pre-stretch the tunica, which can make doing length work immediately afterwards more productive.

Now, if you've been having problems gaining in one particular area then focusing on that particular deficiency for a few weeks can allow you to isolate and accelerate gains in that area.

Thanks big Al.
Does the following routine seem reasonable?:
-3 days a week jelqing and clamping for girth
-5-6 days a week hanging to total 8-10hrs/week of hanging. (With light jelqing after hanging sessions to restore blood flow)

My main concern is that I want to avoid overtraining. Another question I had- is it recommended to warm up with a hot towel for 5-10 min before hanging sessions? Or is that only before jelq work?
Thnx!

I hope you're not a beginner, because talking about hanging and especially clamping would be pretty foolish in my humble opinion.

Well...not quite. I have completed 4 months of the jp90 routine. But I took about 3 months off and recently got back onto it. I did just regular jelqing for about 2 weeks to get back into condition. I am seeing positive pi's so far...so all is good for now.

Ok, for girth there are plenty of stuff you need to do before trying clamping, for length maybe hangung is a good solution, but you could also look into other stretches, vary intensity.

I'd recommend working up to hanging 4+ days per week. Start with 3 days per week and work up from there as needed- and as your recovery abilities permit.

You should warm up AND warm down after hanging as well as jelqing. You should also make sure to include some type of stamina training in your regimen. Having high EQ will ensure faster gains and speedier recovery.
