From what I was told, they upgraded the condom sleeves. There is the balloon trick that Ive been reading about. I believe it was started by a few users here when they were waiting on the condom strength upgrades. Not sure if they still use it.

And if they would have you would know that every single one who’s sleeves broke in a short period of time received a free one immediately. Are you an engineer? Expert in Medical Silicon? If not you should not express yourself like this. We work with the highest material quality you can get on earth (medical Silicon)! Sure we could take Latex like others, but Phallosan forte is a Medical product not some pump or other extender produced in China or Pakistan with materials which can harm you!
Tell me how we should produce the sleeves so they never break at all and i send you a Phallosan forte and a lifelong support of spare parts for free!!! One sleeve can last easily 2 month, and you have in total 4-5 which you can use due to the 3 ones we give every customer for free! Therefore you have enough for 10 month! Is that really a rip off? Quality has its prize and i do not think that ours in combination with service and results is too high.

You maybe right about materials I am not the expert but what I am saying is this Is a very expensive product and I would like to think your company would be trying to solve the problem buy making them thicker stronger some how because when you pay so much for a product you want it to be as durable as possible but comparing a car is quite stupid to an extender yes you pay full wack for a sports car yes you pay for fuel but the difference is the money you pay to fuel companies are not going to the same company as you bought the car on the other hand with this extender its your company that is constantly profiting of the sleeves so your not going to try make them stronger look I am not trying to cause an argument I am just saying what it looks like to me there are other extenders out there that still get the job done that are alot cheaper and you dont have to keep buying parts I am wanting the best extender all round can you tell why would people choose your extender over penimasterpro these two look to be the best can you tell me what benefits your extender has over theres please I want the best and how much does sleeves cost and is it only sleeves you have to buy thanks in advance

Most customers or patients do not use a device like this longer then 1 year maximum.
The starter kit has everything you need and the offer of the three extra condoms is since October last year. If we make them thicker it is very difficult to get them above the hard plastic bell, i will make a picture of all condoms we have invested till now and post it on Monday, shape and material have changed every 2 years. We do not want to rip anyone off as we pay for the free sleeves as well as for the shipment. And yes if you want to wear it longer then a year you have to re-invest (maybe 40 USD) but that’s with every product worldwide. you cannot create something which will last for ever. I just had to pay 300 Euros because the door of my washing machine broke, after exactly 2 years, what should i do now, through it out of the window? I paid 900 Euros, and 1/3 was the door, i need the door and washed cloth, thats life.

But honestly i dont want to talk about this any longer, this is your point of view and i respect that.

Lets please leave this topic for now and concentrate ourselves on new questions

I'm having some problems and need advise. After a few weeks using the medium sleeve it's loosing suction. So I switched to the small sleeve which is tight and a pain in the ass to get off. I tried the medium again without the protector cap and it was great.... until I took it off. I had edema, I'm guessing that's what it is because my glans were swollen and whitish for a little while. No pain while wearing but tender after I took it off. I know people are using the pf without the protector cap and was wondering if they experience the same problem. Any advise would be much appreciated.

ive been using phallosan for a few days and it is great! its so comfortable you forget your wearing it. i have 3 questions.
1. can you use the protector cap when you are uncut? ive tried putting it on and all it does is grab the foreskin, not the head.
2. i got a blister right on the tip of the head. i was using little tension(barely any green showing) so i think i might have pumped too much? i guess i put the bell on wrong. should your head be pressed all the way to the back of the bell before you pump? after rolling down the condom my head was barely in the bell, and it got drawn in from the pump, so i guess that caused too much vacuum. what is the right way to put it on?
3. what should i do about the blister? use a sterilized needle to make a small hole and drain it, or leave it as is until it heals/pops on its own?

Hi,

dont use the S one if it is that tight, as the vacuum will only concentrate itself at the tip of the glans and thats why you get this.

Have a look at this video, i guess yourpump is not working correctly. If you cant fix it i will send you a new one immediately. Of course you can wear it without protector cap but reduce the force at the beginning as all pressure will be there!

1. yes you can use the protector cap , no problem. Either you leave your foreskin as it is or you pull it back slightly when applying the cap, it depends how you feel more comfortable, this is a small video which helps you:

2. If you have a blister it can be three different things: a) if you pump 3-5 times its more then enough, if you pump more it builds up too much pressure. b) you dont use the protector cap. and c) there is too much air inside the protector cap at the tip of the glans which gets pushed on to the skin when creating the vacuum.
Just make a break of 2 days so the blister is gone, maybe you can use the cream Bepanthen which would help a lot, no needle!!!
