Been doing PE for over 3 months and have gained .2 in lenGth and .1 in girth but that was only in the first month. I've always done 1on 1 off. I did wet jelqs, squeezes, stretching. I warm up and warm down for 10 min. I also do stamina work (kegels/edging). I want to start a new routine now and don't know which exErcises will work. I'm looKing for both gIrth and length exercises except wet jerlqing. If you need any more info, jus Lemme know. Thanks!

I recommend you increase your routine to 2 on and 1 off. Give it a month or so then increase to 3 on and 1 off. etc.

Alright, but what about the exercises? What's better than squeezes when it comes to girth? What's better than stretching when it comes to length?

It doesn't appear that you are exercising frequently enough to justify performing more intense exercises.

Honestly, depending on the intensity of your jelqs, the length and number of your squeezes, and the intensity of your stretching you may only be doing enough to maintain a high EQ.

Your routine may work very well if you increase the frequency of your routine. Increased frequency = increased intensity, as far as your routine will go.

Perhaps you should start the JP90 program, which is an intense beginner program. Do 5 on 2 off for a couple months. Then start adding manual girth work like Looking4More.

I concur. Do JP's. Also, 4-5 days a week. It takes persistence for your body to want to change anything out of repairs.

Is 5 on, 2 off too much starting out?
I'm in my second week and this seems to be pretty easily obtainable for me. I'm doing 3 20min sets of 3.5 lbs hanging with starter bib. Felt the fatigue yesterday morning, nothing today. I may try add another set before going up in weight
