My exams are finished now. I'm still debating whether to go gym. I mean i'm not doing legs and i will also do some cardio. Is that going to badly effect my pelvid floor or penis curve? We talked about this before and how i should do like alot of yoga to compensate. Like those videos are 5 minute long routines do i just repeat them alot throughout the week for like a total of 6 hours to make up for 2 gym sessions. I know going to the gym isnt the most important thing for me now but my friend goes and i don't want to like let him down plus it costs £20 per month...

Thanks for the tip on not being able to properly do what the people in the videos do. I think i'll do lower body stretched e.g lunges, a little bit of abs cardio and some pelvic stretches and see if my condition improves.

Yes cardio is very good but avoid biking as the seat pressure is bad on the pelvic floor muscles. DO YOGA TO REPLACE YOUR WORKOUTS! Start browsing youtube and trying various beginner routines for a month and then start moving into more difficult ones.

Hate to be a pest but is doing weights for upper body going to effect my issue? I mean i've been going gym for over 6 months and this hard flaccid only seems to have occurred recently. Of which recently i have been not going gym as much. Sorry it's just i don't want to let my friend down and getting stronger gives me more confidence which i need at the moment.
EDIT: Found this gentle yoga pose video which i think will be great.

My guess is that very light upper weights is probably not a problem, but I suspect that is not what you want to hear. The difficulty with weight training is that when you work hard you tend to tense your entire core, grit your teeth and squeeze the pelvic floor that makes everything tighter. It's really the very opposite of yoga and meditation. Weight training can be fairly additive for young men trying to impress but some of the most incredible physiques I've ever seen were obtained by doing yoga. Not muscle bound but incredibly cut and better balanced.

You really need to think long term here and frankly daily meditation done seriously will do far more for your inner confidence than any number of bench press exercises. You have a few weeks still left until your appointment with the doctor so the best thing you can do is avoid further damage and that will likely be the case for quite a while to come.

I've heard of just about every "treatment" imaginable for Peyronies, from the usual suspects right down to crazy stuff like applying bee stings but I can assure you that weight training is just not something that is going to help you right now. You might want to read this just for further information Penis Fracture, Nerve Trauma, Erectile Dysfunction with nerve rupture ripping and curvature.

I second what spartax is saying. You can get just as strong and look better through yoga IMHO. Guys who lift sh*t tons of weight couldn't manage to do half of the poses required in more advanced yoga. Their muscles are just too damn tense.

Just focus on yoga and meditation till your appointment and start working on transitioning your diet. I understand not wanting to let down your friend but honestly if he's a friend he's not gonna care if you quit going to the gym and start doing other things like yoga instead.

BTW, yes, that yoga video is a great starting point.

This 30-day challenge is great but I would stick to the first few videos for a while till you get more comfortable. She gets more advanced as you go.

Once you've been practicing for a month or more and start feeling a little more loosened up, I would recommend finding a groupon deal for a yoga class in your area. Going to classes for a while really helped show me a lot of good poses and they help you along the way. They are much more challenging though so I'd try to find a beginner class until you feel more comfortable. Its not easy stuff when it gets more advanced.

Well can i do cardio (not bike machine) and bicep curls and some basic tricep stuff. I mean i don't think that will harm me. I only life like 12.5kg on bicep curls so. Just so i can still go with my friend and get my arms bigger and do some cardio.
Surely doing weights sitting down will not effect me? And that link i read... he was probably doing dead lifts or something and plus i don't do that heavy weights. Theres one i may add in for my posture which involves sitting down.
Also doing all of that and yoga... plus stopping masturbation shouldn't that be enough to get rid of my HF. I mean it's not permanent like hard all of the time.

Thanks for the videos i will use them instead of my original one. Sorry i really can't go to those. I mean i'd rather do them at home... i mean i'm 18 going to yoga classes with most likely old woman will be pretty weird. Do i really need to go that far to fix my pelvic floor issue?

I think Voodoo and I have tried to advise you on the basis of what we think will be most helpful for resolving your condition without risking further damage, given the very little information we have. It's up to you though at the end of the day what you decide to do. One thing I would say though is that you must learn to listen to your body, so if something is causing you pain, discomfort or inflammation you should stop it. The same goes for food.

I can't speak about other conditions but with Peyronies you can spend months carefully making progress and then screw it all up with a few seconds of thoughtless damage. For me healing is the priority and everything else is secondary.

Thanks for the help both of you! Considering i think it's unliekly i have peyronies i'd rather not quit the gym just because i have been doing it alot longer then the hard flaccid occured. Although i will stop any excercises which cause me pain in that area. Today i missed my tablet (i had anti biotics for my skin which caused bloating and alot of gas) and i had alot of wind which caused a bit of pain in that area. I think that may be contributing to it. I mean to doctor recommend such things you both are commenting on or am i just going to get a answer of live with it (if it is a natural penis curve). Although is a downwards curve normal? Maybe i have choorde.. who knows.. time will hopefully tell.
I can't decide if i want it to be peyronies or not... mainly because it's treatable whereas a natural penis curve will involve surgery of which will reduce my penis size.

Once again I agree with Spartax here.

I mean i'd rather do them at home... i mean i'm 18 going to yoga classes with most likely old woman will be pretty weird.

Dude, the last time I went to a yoga class I was having a hard time not popping a boner. The teacher was wicked sexy and in tight ass clothes showing lots of skin. Then, to second that, it was about a 70-30 ration of girls to guys. And out of those girls, 50% were under 30 and MANY attractive ones at that. Yoga is definitely not just for old people man. If anything I see more young people doing yoga at the classes.

Peyronies may be treatable but remember there is no known cure and only a very small percentage of men see a reversal of damage, let alone a full recovery. It's not a fun place to be so I hope for your sake it isn't Peyronies. Also if you end up having surgery for Peyronies it will end up shorter and you will still have Peyronies.

I curse the damn doctors who prescribe antibiotics for everything these days. Every time you take them it wipes out good bacteria in your gut and makes you more susceptible to autoimmune diseases like Peyronies... I learned not to expect much useful help from the doctors when it comes to Peyronies, whether NHS or paid. They are still tied to whatever they learned in medical school.

Just because you've been going to the gym since before you had the hard flaccid doesn't mean the two factors aren't connected. It may just be that the training is what caused this or making it worse, since I can't shake off the suspicion that those kettlebell swings played a part in my own problems.

Good health rather than the size of your biceps should be your priority here but I have a feeling you will have to learn this for yourself. You have to remember that Voodoo and I each have the benefit of hindsight following an awful lot of painful experience and research to discover what helps and what makes it worse. We are trying to help you avoid damage so you aren't here in ten years time talking about damage you did at the age of 18...

Ok i won't go gym. I guess i will be doing yoga and go for a jog. I mean is it ok to do a sport like boxing or something? I think i will still go gym with my friend but instead i will be on the cardio machines.
I know we really cannot tell but...
My penis when i straighten it out is bigger on top i may try and draw my penis and post a link for you guys. Like maybe take a picture then go over the outline. Although i'm not sure how useful that will be. I know it's kind of pointless but i'm really curious to what my curve is and i still have to wait about a month.
Have you seen the penis curve 101 thread. I think we dicussed this a while aho but i did try the beginner techniques but i didn't stretch mainly because it felt weird pullling away my gland. Say my blood clot clears up... my penis curve is natural... my only option is surgery... do you think trying again but being way more careful would be a good idea? I mean these are the jelqing techniques not the hanging ones which apparently can cause peyronies.
One more thing i guess there's no chance of the NHS offering my penis correction surgery (if it is natural) for free right?

Oh ok. I mean i think it's more a teenage boy doing yoga is kind of weird? And considering i'm stopping masturbation for a while i think going to yoga maybe kind of dangerous haha. Also i have to tell my parents and stuff. Like this is a pretty immature thing to say but i have to say it... like if i start going yoga my parents will probably think i'm gay or something. I mean i know thats kind of stupid assumption but at this age going out to do yoga is a bit weird? Plus i don't think i have the money/time for that.

I'm more worried that my jelqing against the curve gave me peyronies to be honest. I mean i have like kind of indents in my penis on top just above my blood clot worm/vein. I mean it could just be skin that is thinner due to masturbating or the jelqing.
Also after i read what you said Spartax i think your right, peyronies is worse. There are methods of correcting penis curvature which involve not reducing penis size though. One of them involves getting tissue from your thigh... and then aplying it to the shorter area. Although i'm not sure how mant doctors do that and if theres a chance of getting it free.

I'm going to explain this very directly to make sure it is absolutely clear. You have an undiagnosed health concern and cannot afford to risk any kind of physical damage that may cause serious long term consequences. The Peyronies forums are full of guys who were trying to increase the size or strength of their erections either through jelqing or using pumps etc.

At this point if you want to try yoga or something similar that's fine but if you want to wait a while that's fine too. We are talking about gentle body stretching, healthy food and meditation to lower stress levels, so you want to try boxing?

You know for the first year I had Peyronies I found it painful just walking most of the time, so I even had to experiment with different types of underpants and trousers. I still find it uncomfortable to sit in a pair of jeans for any period of time and I'm just grateful that working from home allows me to basically hangout in loose tracksuit trousers with no underwear.

If some kind of surgery is required I am sure the NHS will pay but only if it fits in with some kind healthcare policy, so if you had a curve of say 20 degrees and sex was still physically possible they'd just tell you to go away. Once again though you are way too early even thinking about this stuff.

You have to wait a few weeks now until you see the urologist. In the meantime just don't do anything stupid. It's possible that you don't have a serious problem in which case it would be incredibly dumb to make it serious through impatience and unnecessary actions.

Assuming you have relatively normal parents they would want to know about this and help you. Trying to keep all of this a secret from them and spending your days trawling the internet or hanging out on forums is generally unhelpful. How are you going to keep this secret if you do need an operation?

I will tell them if i need an operation. I don't want to worry my mum although i think she already knows half of it from reading the NHS report on my phimosis. Forget the boxing then. And the jelqing against the curve is mean't to reduce penis curves. I'm not going to try it again. Heres the link https://www.pegym.com/forums/penile-anomalies-injuries/37379-how-fix-curved-penis-101-a.html
Feel free to glance at it. Don't worry i won't do anything stupid i will just do some jogging and yoga. I only mentioned the jelqing as a future posibility if the curve really did effect my life (and was confirmed natural) then i was suggesting i could try it again if the yoga didn't help. But thats way into the future.
I'm taking the tablets for treating symptoms of antibiotics... they really did more harm then good. Caused bad wind of which i didn't want to pass in school so i became pretty bloated and my pelvic region in pain. Also school mornings i really had to squeeze it out which apparently can weaken your pelvic area.
When i push mine in i feel a bit of pain and it feels hard. I guess i will just be working on that.
Thanks for the help!
And the curve is quite an awkward number it's like 30-35 degrees. People say below 20/25/30 doesn't require surgery which is good because it won't be as bad as a 60+ degree curve but it will still likely effect my sex life etc and getting free surgery for it will be unlikely. Anyways thanks again and your case seems to be alot worse then mine to say the least. Good luck with that!

p.s the whole vegeterian diet isn't possible for me considering my parents already have a go at me for being so fussy. Also i'm still growing so i do really need protein still. I mean i'm going to stay off processed foods like McDonalds.

I don't think there is anything more that Voodoo or I can advise in the absence of a proper diagnosis. It may be something relatively easy to treat or even completely natural within the normal range of appearance. Yes I agree the angle of curvature can be hard to calculate.

Regarding antibiotics, doctors throw them about like chocolate smarties and then when they don't work they try stronger ones so it becomes a vicious circle but all the while your natural ability to maintain good health is diminished.

Never once do the doctors seriously address the question of diet and most people never realise they need to spend an extended period healing the gut with the right kinds of food and lifestyle. I learned an awful lot on this site and while I haven't followed everything he suggests the learning process has been invaluable.
