Hi everyone,

I am fairly new to the PE site and I have learned a lot, especially about keeping some kind of records on what the hell I'm doing. In the past 5-7 years I have used jelging quite a bit, but sometimes to excess, without a lot of breaks to recover. So over the years I have be able to maintain a healthy libido, even as age and various illnesses have slowed me down a bit. but not a lot of gains. Using a system seems to be doing wonders for me.
Note: my September log was about the same as Oct

I have been mixing it up the last few months to see if I can restart the gains, which have been very slow the last few years.
