Hey guys my problem is that i have no time or posibility to warmup.
My question is what will happen if i dont warmup and i will do some small streches for like 1 minute per routine every day.
Can i still hurt my self by not warming up or should i just leave pegym for now and return when i can warmup( im not home for the next year)

Warm up is pretty important, many will agree that it will help you gain as well as prevent injury.

A hot water bottle is a sneaky way to warm it up without anyone realizing what your doing.

Whats the reason you don't have time if you don't mind sharing?

Search the site of the LAS ( lazy ass stretch ) you can do it without a warm up..also look up fowfers.

A good blast of your cock in the shower should be enough warm up if your only going to be puling it for a minute.

If i do only 5 streches each one for 20 seconds should i still warmup?
Thanks for the other exercises

I think you would be ok, throw in some helicopters and kegels too, my opinion would be that you'd be ok and the risk of injury would be low given how little strain your workout is.

Maybe take it easy for the first week or so and gradually build up how hard you pull.
