Hello,

I have been following this website for a few weeks now. I am a beginner PE enthusiast because of the incredible content and success story here!Lets get down to know me.

To tell the absolute truth, my penis condition (length, girth, erection quality) is affecting my life in a major way. I remember in puberty I had a healthy looking penis. After getting introduced to the pleasure of masturbation at an early stage, my penis health started to deteriorate. Many of you might disagree with me that masturbation is not harmful for penis health. But my problem is that I think I definitely over masturbated for a very long time, 10 years to be exact!! I am almost 25 years old. Now my penis looks really sick (i mean unhealthy). It is very soft. Flaccid hang is really small, 3.5 inches in general, some times goes down to 3.3 inches even! I still masturbate a lot, can't seem to control myself! That's another issue. I am mentioning all this because my penis used to be a healthy one and now....

Anyway, I want to regain my penis health. Reading through this forum is making me really hopeful. I understand PE exercise is a long term process. I am willing work hard to improve my penis health. My erect penis length is 5.7 inches (BPEL). Erection quality is really bad. I can't get as hard as I used to be and erection doesn't last long either. I am really worried about my flaccid hang mostly. I don't have a very active sexual life with another person because I am worried that my flaccid penis length will turn off my partner (when she sees it).

From what I read so far, I think I am going to start with JP's 90 day routine. Then see what happens and go along with the flow. I hope to get feedback's from the expert here. I know I will, because this is a wonderful forum full of amazingly helpful people! I welcome any suggestions you have for me. If you need more information, just ask me. Thank you very much. 3.5 inches isn't a bad flaccid length; plus you want your partner to see it when it's hard anyway. 5.7 inches isn't a bad size either (well within the average length). I started from about where you are. Like you, my flaccid length was my main priority. Mostly because I wanted to be confident in the lockerroom.

Using the techniques from this site along with a Bathmate got me from being a grower to a shower. I packed on an inch to my erect length as well (with lots of patience, care and dedication).

You seem to have the right mentality towards PE, as you already concluded, it requires time, consistency and persistence, but the results are awesome, you will get bigger in both erect and flaccid states, improved penile health, and rock hard erections, provided that you follow safety precautions and exercise instructions as written, without rushing up things or using much force. :D

Please focus on the safety sections listed HERE!

You have no reason to fear being in a relationship because of your size, if you read around here, you will realize that ladies don't care about penile size, but about the man whom they are with, besides, your size is really fine already. :)

Relationships aren't about body parts or sizes, don't over think it, get out, find someone who shares your love and be happy together, love yourself as you are, and improve upon what you have.

Keep in mind, there are guys here on this forum and out there everywhere with much smaller sizes than yours, and they are living a wonderful life with loving partners, none of whom cares about the size of their penises, nor does their partners, I know you are after health, and you will get it here, but you must first gain confidence.

Erections are part confidence by the way, keep the anxiety out of your mind, and you are on your way to better erections already.

I recommend you take sometime off masturbation, it may be hard, but you will benefit from it, or better, if you find a special someone, have fun together better.

Also please don't watch porn if you do, and never masturbate to it, as it has very negative effects on your sexuality, perception and self esteem, also it leads to erection difficulties.

A good kegels, reverse kegels routine will balance and strengthen your pelvic floor, and give you better erections.

Thanks Dragon. I will think about the Bathmate. But I need to gather more information. At the moment I am thinking about the JP routine only though.

Thank you so much for your encouraging reply. Your words has already made a positive impact on my mind. When I posted here, I knew I would get help but your words are better than what I expected.

You are right about confidence, anxiety and Porn! I do watch porn. I am trying to control. I guess I should try harder. I think I will do better with doing PE exercises at the same time, to keep the motivation going for not watching pron! But the confidence and anxiety stuff, its not like I can choose to be confident. I understand the value of positive mindset though. I will have to get out more and try to let myself loose without worrying too much!

I am fairly new to this forum. I will have to do a lot of reading. Thanks for pointing me towards the right direction.
