Hello,
I have been following this website for a few weeks now. I am a beginner PE enthusiast because of the incredible content and success story here!Lets get down to know me.
To tell the absolute truth, my penis condition (length, girth, erection quality) is affecting my life in a major way. I remember in puberty I had a healthy looking penis. After getting introduced to the pleasure of masturbation at an early stage, my penis health started to deteriorate. Many of you might disagree with me that masturbation is not harmful for penis health. But my problem is that I think I definitely over masturbated for a very long time, 10 years to be exact!! I am almost 25 years old. Now my penis looks really sick (i mean unhealthy). It is very soft. Flaccid hang is really small, 3.5 inches in general, some times goes down to 3.3 inches even! I still masturbate a lot, can't seem to control myself! That's another issue. I am mentioning all this because my penis used to be a healthy one and now....
Anyway, I want to regain my penis health. Reading through this forum is making me really hopeful. I understand PE exercise is a long term process. I am willing work hard to improve my penis health. My erect penis length is 5.7 inches (BPEL). Erection quality is really bad. I can't get as hard as I used to be and erection doesn't last long either. I am really worried about my flaccid hang mostly. I don't have a very active sexual life with another person because I am worried that my flaccid penis length will turn off my partner (when she sees it).
From what I read so far, I think I am going to start with JP's 90 day routine. Then see what happens and go along with the flow. I hope to get feedback's from the expert here. I know I will, because this is a wonderful forum full of amazingly helpful people! I welcome any suggestions you have for me. If you need more information, just ask me. Thank you very much.
