Day 02 was a success!

I consciously made the decision not to "whack it" and left the room until the urge passed.

I was pretty busy so i didn't think about it until P.E.
I cut my P.E off half way coz i kept almost masturbating every time I needed to get to a higher state.

Once again, it wasn't too bad until i started P.E. Today was a bit more difficult than the other days but i pulled through.
I'm taking a week off P.E for now to clear my mind and refocus. I can't keep having these "almost accidents".

Day 16

Porn and masturbation free.
Not too bad. My days have been pretty smooth but busy, so there's been no real time to look at porn or masturbate.
Thought about it a few times this week but brushed it aside.
Plus i've not done P.E for the last 2 weeks or so and that seemed to be my trigger.
