I'm a total newbie to enlargement exercises. Am i right to be sceptical...?

I want to increase my penis by at least 0.5-1 inch if possible, but I'm sceptical that exercises even work to increase length and girth. Am I right to be a sceptic?

Also, what are the best exercises for beginners?

You have found the right place to learn how to achieve your goal, yes you can increase the size of your penis by following the exercises listed on this site.

I recommend you START HERE and be sure to read the safety threads carefully, before you pick a beginner's routine to follow for at least three months or until you stop seeing gains.

Also note that PE has more benefits than size gains, it gives you better penile health, and EQ (Erection Quality), that's a healthier and harder penis with a bonus of size increase.

PE takes time and require persistence and consistency, if you are motivated enough to keep PEein long term then you will succeed! :)

As for being skeptic, it's not necessarily a bad thing, and sometimes has its uses, I suggest you read through the forum and research well before you start PEing and proving to yourself that it works.

I gained 1 inch in 4-5 months just by manual stretches. No devices used. Only my hands. Didn't cost me anything. Give it a good 3 months and see what happens.

Being a skeptic is ok. Usually, it's those people who end up doing better anyway, as long as they stick to what they're doing for a set amount of time. Maybe you should try it for at least three months, and do it the right way so you don't get injured and to say you at least sincerely tried it. You never know!

dude let me tell you something, ive been doing this since august and i was skeptical aswell. PE works i do JP"s 90 day routine, i jelq anywhere from 30 to 40 mintues on a 2 day 1 off. IN THE FIRST WEEK YOU WILL SEE A DIFFRENCE ! hold me to my word. give it a try.what can it hurt?

Many have gained with just jelqing. Saying that adding some stretches into you routine could give you a better chance of gaining.

With jelqing, jelqing with a low erection targets length gains, jelqing with an higher erection (don't go higher than 70% erection) target girth gains.

Most people will jelq with something like baby oil or vaseline. Not soap though because that can be very drying.

You should follow Jp 90 routine and it will give you good gains and mostly condition your penis.

I was sceptical in the beginning also but I have made gains.

This stuff works trust me :becky:

Well I was sceptical at first and I am still a bit as I am not doing PE for too long but I defenitly see some changes for the best with my engine. I am not going to stop and I do recommand to do PE as it is quite fun and healthy.
Being sceptical makes you intelligent as you don't accept everything on the internet ;)

Hey man,
I'm a noob myself (4th day on jp90) and I was a little unsure of all this stuff myself.
I can notice a fullness during my workouts. It subsides but then it gets fuller on the next workout.
Like a regular muscle, you pump it up, it goes down and repairs, you work it out again a little more, it gets a little bigger and then subsides and repairs etc etc.

Best thing to do is take some time to read over the various threads that interest you, the threads you received in your inbox when you first signed up, and any other safety threads that may address any of your other concerns. And, of course, ask questions. ;)

The most important thing is don't do anything YOU'RE NOT comfortable with. On the flip side, don't do anything the experienced members suggest you not try to soon. (i.e: stick to jp90)
